Longs Drugs

My past experience with the pharmacy was concerning, therefore my past low rating.Today, Sept. 8, 2024 walked in to get our covid booster and flu vaccine and the gal that helped us, was helpful, thoughtful and kind. (I "only" returned since they were the closest to me, and were offering the Phizer vaccine.)Hopefully this pharmacy improves and can offer better assistance and the same knowledge with insurance coverages, that the CVS pharmacy on Farrington Hwy has given me. Fingers crossed, they improve in that area. Today's visit, was 5 stars for what was needed.

Today I was in the area of Ka Makana Ali'i Kapolei. I decided to check out the Longs Drugs across the street .Nice little Longs compared to most Long's.Very clean and wide aisle's they also have a drive thru Pharmacy which is convenient.Lots of parking available the o my downfall I can see they share the parking lot with Chick Fil-A so it's hard going in and out because of the long lines of Chick Fil-A drive thru . Whenever I go into longs, it's a great find of some sort. This new Long Drugs is located in Kapolei Parkway near the Mall. Plenty of parking available too. Today I was just looking to use my coupons before they expired.I've only been in this Longs once before. This time I had time to really look around. There were some great deals in store. The employees are really nice. They asked me if I needed assistance. If I was finding everything I was looking for. At checkout, of course I found everything I was looking for and a few more items. I'll definitely be looking to get out that way soon.

New, but phone number list online doesn't work. Clean and plenty of stuff. Pharmacy is not the best (have to go elsewhere for meds sometimes). Maybe need more time to get things sorted. Really gotta get phone number working properly.

Always excellent service from the staff at this Longs on Kapolei Parkway ! The drive thru is especially convenient and the store inside is always immaculate. The Manager runs a right ship so I appreciate that. Mahalo for your wonderful customer service.

Brand NEW, same "old" Longs Drugs in Kapolei. It sits on the corner across from Ka Makana Mall and directly beside the new Chic Fil A and 7-11. Pros: brand new! Same longs. Same products. Same same. No surprises. Convenient stop after the mall. Cons: entrance from north-south road or from from residential side. You cannot exit onto north-south road to get back to the mall. Only one exit and you can only turn right.No ATM machine inside store.Something to be said about the old, familiar Longs Drugs that we all gravitate to. This one is brand spanking new.

It was a great experience walking in at 9pm with our family. The smell of NEW is amazingly pleasing.. Shelves were fully stocked and organized. The managers are great and took the time to talk to us and we instantly felt the aloha spirt from each employee. The pharmacy is fully stocked and ready to serve. I've transferred our prescriptions already to this location. The local snack selection is on point and easy to find. The value and sales going on are also a great deal! Thank you for opening up in our neighborhood. parking is also great and stocked in wagons.

Super super organized Longs!! I went in for some frosting and was in and out soooo fast!! I use the self check out lanes. There's always parking BUT it is super inconvenient if you need to head back to Ewa Beach haha you have to make a u turn inside Kamakana Ali'i Mall ... is super clean and the staff is really nice. Nice to have a Longs closer to Ho'opili

From the staff at the front and around the store to the pharmacy, they are all awesome! So friendly, so helpful, even if the pharmacy line gets crazy long, everyone is always great. The sales that come up at longs always prompt me to do a walk around of the whole store, which is always clean and organized, the Kapolei longs has a large selection of local products (candies, chips, dressings, snacks, kitchen and bathroom linen). The photo center is pretty reasonable if you ever need photos printed. I got magnets done there as well and the quality is great. Using the app is always helpful. But I go for the sales on holiday items, canned goods, and some beauty products. Coupons are always available so keep your 10 foot receipts, as you'll need it to put into the self check out machine or give to the staff at check out. No drive up pharmacy at this location but parking here isn't an issue, it's driving out of this parking lot that can be tough.
