LONG'S DRUGS

I took advantage of a recent 70% off canvas prints. The only catch- it wasn't available at our neighborhood Longs so I chose Kapolei as one of the few branches you could order from.They even offered ready in one day service and I got an email saying it was ready in a very short time.We drove to Kapolei the next day. Like many Longs the photo department was unmanned when I arrived. I found an employee in the self checkout area and she called for assistance.The woman who came out couldn't locate my order even after I showed her my order number on my phone. She finally searched the computer. No luck. She saw a male employee and called him over. He found it in a few seconds.I was kinda disappointed cuz the collage was quite tiny on the larger canvas. Guess I'll stick to Shutterfly although I'd have to wait much longer.Maybe you'll be luckier.

Staff generally friendly and helpful, but certain cashiers seem to not want to help you bag your groceries.
