Just wan to thank Guy for helping me while walking pass the batteries and also for helping me in line waiting to purchase! It's the little things that made my shopping a happy one! Need more workers like him ! Great cust service!!

Quick stop after work, 7 PM. It was busy, but the lines moved fairly quickly because they opened up three registers.

Came to the island on a 3 day pit stop between an international trip and making my way back to the mainland. While over seas I ran out of my daily medication and called this pharmacy as soon as I landed. They were able to transfer my medication and get it refilled and ready to be picked up within just a few hours. I was so nervous because of the bad reviews but my experience was ridiculously good so I had to leave a positive review.

Today I just came into Longs Drugs to get a few items. The lines in the morning were short but what bothered me was the cashier. The cashier pretty much gave an attitude the whole time. I accidentally pressed no receipt and I asked her politely could I get another receipt with the coupons and she said there is no way I can print it out. I know she was not telling the truth because they have done it before for me. I also had a coupon for 15% off a product. She told me I can't do that either. I was upset because how can I not use my coupon. Overall the customer service was definitely not there. At least be polite she was giving me a sassy attitude the whole entire time of the transaction. I just wanted a few items and the experience was unacceptable. Long Drugs do better on your employees treating your customers with kindness.

I like coming to this location. They have some pretty cool stuff on sale. I wasn't looking for anything in particular until I came across some Hello Kitty masks. I found three packs in different colors for $2.99 I think..I totally forgot the price but still not bad for three. They came in black and white and I chose black. They had some makeup items on clearance. I was tempted but I had to watch what I spend. It's so easy to spend here when there's so much to buy. LolLocation was organized and items were easy to find. Parking is across from the store. Although I almost lost it when a guy parked next to me and literally banged his door on my passenger side. I had to back up first before the guy got out of his car. Be careful in the parking lot. It's fairly tight. I got out of there without losing my cool. The store was plentiful of items. I may come again if I am in the neighborhood.

3-12-22 We visited this Longs which is convenient to the Salt Lake Park where we've been attending the kiddies' soccer games.Another soccer season came to an end and after browsing their rows and shelves we chose Skittles for the kids to pass out to their teammates.It's easy to find what you're looking for and zip your way in and out of the store. There was one cashier open to process our payment.Surrounded by many other popular businesses but there's enough parking stalls to accommodate shoppers.Their shelves are already stocked with Easter goodies and accessories.Get a hop on Easter and find some good Easter basket fillers.

I like this longs because it's always open and it's never that busy or crowded. Only PROBLEM IS... they don't have as much items like the other stores. Meaning, what the other stores display on sale, they dont. And if they do, it goes quickly. Funny thing is, tonight, they had NOTHING ON SALE! NOTHING! Longs is usually the spot for sales. Especially on the weekends. Oh wells... regardless, I still like this longs. Just wish their ambiance was MORE WELCOMING AND LIVELY. It's a bit drab and somewhat a downer. Ok guys. worker miguel is SO RUDE! we went to his register and he didn't say one word while ringing us up. not a "hello", "this is your total" or "thank you"our rewards phone # was wrong & he just stared at us so we asked if the number even went through? and he didn't say anything so we just saw saw the screen on the pin pad was clear of our # so we reentered. whole time we were paying his back was to us and the customers. it was so rude. maybe he shouldn't be working in customer service.
