Ordered their Hainanese chicken that came with a small Thai milk tea.The rice was flavorful!The chicken was okay.Came with a soup and chili sauce dip for the chicken and slices if cucumber.US $18.Their Thai milk tea was so good-authentic, I bought a large one for US$8.

Ordered online and picked up within minutes after order confirmation was received that it was ready. I told them my first name and order items and yet the server asked my name three times saying it was different. No, it wasn't as I checked my order and went to show her before I realised she wanted my last name too but didn't ask.Apart from the curry which was warm, the other items were lukewarm. Even the barely stuffed vegetarian egg rolls were not hot. Not good. I should've known it wouldn't be great ordering after the lunch rush as it looks like the food has sat there for hours on the bain-marie. The chicken skewers were even worse at room temperature with the accompanying peanut sauce cold and obviously refrigerated. I could not eat it since it was dry. I went home to heat up the skewers but even with the sauce they were still dry and tasted bland. I had also order the combination plate and chose pad thai as the carb. It turned out to be noodles covered in pad thai sauce but no bean shoots, nuts, egg or meat mixed in. It was so plain and not worth ordering. The sides I ordered were filled with onion, which I consider a cheap filler, and looked like mush. Again, disappointed.I'm not sure why they bother serving food if it's cold. The point of pickup was to have food ready to eat. They didn't look busy so if they really were not going to cook fresh food at least heat it up in the microwave for me to eat. I will not be ordering from here again.

I love their food!! If i'm at ala moana and im craving thai this is where i'll go. I got a 3 choice plate with half rice, half pad thai, spicy basil, shrimp and yellow curry (not pictured). i definitely wanna try their thai tea and summer rolls next!

A kiosk at Ala Moana houses this restaurant and as busy as they are they individually prepares papaya salad the traditional way by crushing and mixing the ingredients in front of you. It's fresh and good. Little on pricier side but what would you expect on Ala Moana right? I love papaya salad so whenever I have a chance I've got to try and this hit the spot for me

Despite its low rating, I decided to give this place a try and found it to be better than I thought. There are two versions of Pad Thai here. First, there's the pre-made one in the case, which looked a bit sad with clumped noodles and no protein. You get this type of Pad Thai when ordering a combo plate and choosing it as a base. Second, there's freshly-made Pad Thai, which is actually quite good! You can pick a choice of meat. It also comes with tofu and vegetables - totally different from the pre-made one. The flavor was great and the noodles were cooked perfectly (I'm a fan of Pad Thai with thin rice noodles). It's not the best Thai place but I think it deserves more than the current 2.7 stars on Yelp.

We went at almost closing time so we were hoping there would maybe be a discount but no luck. Regardless, prices are not too bad and the flavor is pretty good. There is a green chicken curry special that comes with jasmine rice and spring rolls (no subs), but since they were out of spring rolls, she gave me pad thai instead which was ok, a little bland but decent. The green curry was quite spicy which was expected and good, with lots of chicken and eggplant, just how I like it. The jasmine rice was fluffy and fragrant. And Taylor loves tapioca so I got him one with apple bananas on it which he loved! Great spot in the food court!

The food here is decent. I ordered the 2 choice plate which includes a starch and two entrees. I picked the pineapple fried rice for my starch. For my entrees I had the yellow curry and sweet chili lime chicken. I couldn't taste the lime. It was on the sweeter side and spicy. I used to love their red curry duck. I got it all the time. Too bad they're no longer serving that. It's now red curry chicken.

You can't just add an additional charge after you swipe my card when I select "no tip." It's very illegal and you'll be investigated as there is a paper trail for all the other times you've done it. I have the receipts too.This is definitely being reported to my bank and the police.
