My wife loves this place and so do I. He is always helpful and kind. Might not have everything like bigger places but makes it up with his knowledge and service.

Went Lifestream for the first time needing vitamins and got referred to Lifestream, so I went to pickup some vitamins. Had plenty parking, easy to find. Russell turned out to the owner, and he helped me get what I needed. Very helpful and nice guy. I recommend Lifestream because it is a truly local owned business and competitive, and friendly. Support local business is an easy choice at Lifestream.

Great variety of herbs, tinctures, supplements and bulk items, lower prices than Down to Earth, a local company that I am happy to support. Plenty of free parking too.

Planned to pick up suppliments here after picking up orders next store, they called the towtruck immediately. Even though there was not a car in the lot. Mahalo jerks, we will took our business elsewhere.

Love this little vitamin shop! Prices are very reasonable--always less expensive than Down To Earth and Whole Foods. Owner is very nice and helpful. This is where I buy my food grade diatomaceous earth to get rid of fleas naturally and to give my cats in their food to rid them of parasites. They have lots if my favorite drinks, root beer and cream sodas, too.

I've passed this place a million times and was never quite sure what the hours were. This natural food store has been open since 1985 hence their very faded since outside. Its mostly a vitamin shop with a wide selection of brands. Its worth taking your time to look through everything as there are some good deals. I like to reference amazon.com just to see what the rating and cost are. Im glad I finally stopped in. Check it out!P.S. They have a parking lot in front that always seems to be empty so feel free to stop by if your in the neighborhood. Wish I would have come here sooner :)

Love this place. Local business that always is well priced for the health supplies I need. Apple cider vinegar, liquid aminos, and healthy snacks are some of the things I always get.

If you need a break from lau lau, spam and fried everything, this is your spot. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent variety offered at this unassuming, and simply arranged health-food store. Highlights include several gluten-free products, herbal teas, honey products galore, and lots of healthy snacks. About 1/2 the store features an impressive array of supplements, all neatly arranged in this tidy shop. We bought several healthy snacks, to make us feel better about the lau lau plate we were on our way to eat. Kinda like ordering that diet coke with the double bacon cheeseburger!

I can't say enough about Russell and his store. With the help of a family friend, they have showed me some supplements to take since April 21, 2016. The supplements are to help my body get back on track to prevent these major Panic/Anxiety Attacks I have had from February 2016 to May 2016. It's been a little more than a year and I haven't had an attack... Thanks to Russell and Heine F.

3 years ago, we went to Snorkel Bob's to pick up snorkel gear. We went into Lifestream Natural Foods to check it out. I can't remember what we purchased except for 1 thing- their homemade energy/protein bars were delicious! We bought a few to go, and they did not make it to our destination because we ate them in the car.When we dropped off our snorkel gear a few days later, we stopped in the store again to purchase more and they were out of the bars. :-( Russell said that a local makes it for his store. I wonder if he can ship it to the mainland. :-)
