I'll give this review a 2, being nice now. Homeboy in the spot was real nice, customer service was on point. NOT TO SURE if he runs the place but he but he be all over the place working sweating organizing not wasting time. Not wasting a single min of his life kinda guy. Though Brodie looks lowkey miserable w that SHORT ASIAN FEMALE who/what/they/were/them what ever she considers herself. You DO NOT wanna step in there if you're trying to have a good day, she will kill/ ruin your day like she did mines. Lemme tell you why I come in pick out a hat, she goes "let me know if you need help" with a doo doo attitude. I go ahead and ask if I could stitch up the hat with my buds name on it, her whole bright of day left her body immediately I was like shoo, she don't look like she's happy. She goes on with the process, I explained how I would like the stitch done. She done got even more mad and eyed out my girl for asking if the $22 dollar sign symbol could be a little bigger so it could atleast look like it's worth the price. Jesus Christ bro I forgot to mention she will talk under her breathe and and fake smile like the miserable human she is I'd say cow but that's mean. And the quality of the stitching was doodoo as soon as we're done w the estimate she told me 30-40 till it's done, the timing was killa but the quality of work she did was wow trash. She didn't wait for me to come back and check out the hat before actually liking the work. She probably did not wanna see my face again so she went out of the store and handed it to my wife. And bro was she tripping, whatever she is, stitched through the band like mad crazy and the quality of the work was no good, Threads in and out the hat was visible like you would trip, I had to bring it back when whatever that is went off to lunch. I really had to go back so the bro could clean up the hat wish I took pictures. She's got to go or she gonna need to work on herself, it's a cold world man please fire her I really would love to go back w her bad energy NOT THERE PLEASE

Step into their shop and if there is a team you favor, the paraphernalia you might be interested in could be in stock here: t shirts, beanies, hats, stickers, lanyards, and key chains.There are insulated travel cups, shot glasses and pennants. The sales guy was friendly and shared the current promotion trending.You can be surprised when your final bill is totalled- easy to rack it up big time. Any gift receipts? Yes all I replied. The sales clerk gave a shocked smile and chuckle after I said that, even though they may be a fan, you never really know if they'll like it or want to chuck them.

Shopping at Pearlridge Mall on Oahu...I never thought that I would shop at Lids. I hardly ever come to Pearlridge, but I had lunch at this mall, so it was convenient at the time.My friend, Roz, encouraged me to go to the LA Rams game on 8-17-19 because it's the first NFL game at Aloha Stadium in Honolulu. I decided to get a cap to support the team...We walked into the well stocked, organized shop and found LA Rams caps right away. Lids was having a Buy One, Get One 50 percent off sale. To take advantage of this deal, I also got an LA Dodgers cap! Haha! I also saw a cute sloth plushie which reminded me of my pal... haha... especially since the sloth was wearing a GSW jersey! Yay!Service was pleasant and efficient. I was asked if I wanted to join the Rewards program. Since it was free, I said, "Why not?!?" Guess I'll be back if I need more team gear... like a t-shirt!?!Yes... this store is actually a Lids Locker Room. It's bigger than Lids because it needs more space for the t-shirts and other attire. Lids is a couple stores down. It only has caps. No clothing is for sale there.

Super friendly and attentive to customers. We had a really pleasant experience purchasing a hat/custom embroidering with my nephews. The sweet and patient employee made the experience really enjoyable for them. The younger employee with the hat working the embroidery machine was super attentive and kind to my young nephews, she answered all their questions and was very friendly. Thanks for making it a great day :)

We started at the Ala Moana store. There were two friendly and helpful sales staff. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. They didn't have what we went for, so the sales associate called the Pearl Ridge location. They had it and held it until we arrived about 45 minutes later.When we arrived at Pearl Ridge store we were again greeted by helpful friendly staff.Both stores were clean and well stocked - except for what we wanted, but they did have other teams on hand.The big disappointment was having to pay 25 cents for a shopping bag. This is the first I've seen it at this high price. After I left the store I realized I should've asked for a smaller size - maybe it would've cost less. I know I'm making a big deal over a few cents but this was unexpected.Perhaps no charge for bags when purchasing over $40, or giving a 25 cent credit for bringing your own bag.Next time I go I'll bring my own bag.

Yelp 365 Challenge x 2 #266/365Yelp 100 Review Challenge #10/100I usually order all my fan gear online but I was at Pearlridge with my daughter on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, so, I decided to venture in Lids to see if they carried these particular headbands for my team that have been out of stock online. However, this is what I noticed....A whole wall dedicated to the Niners, which I'll respect for their personal "faithfulness" Barely anything on Seahawks or Broncos, which really surprised me because I was figuring that they would have apparel and accessories ready on hand since these teams were playing Super Bowl 48. But, I'm guessing that their personal loyalty takes precedence even over business. Other customers were inquiring if they had anything else of the Broncos that may be in the back or if there was any new items coming in? The response? "We don't know until the shipment gets here, then we'll know what's in stock." Yikes...As I looked around, I noticed that there was minimal items for other teams (NFL, MBA, NBA, college) except for the whole wall of their favorite team.Now I know why I prefer to order my stuff online...I don't have to deal with employees lacking customer service skills or businesses allowing personal favorites over sales. Recommendation: only if you're desperate

Call them a lady answer and asked where they were located she said Sears side then I said oh u still in the 1st phase still and she said I'm not sure what phase we in, but we by Sears. So sad she doesn't know who and where she works, she should answer the phone then

Price mark up!!! Doing some last minute Christmas shopping Saturday. Went to pearl ridge Lids Locker Room. They had a "special" buy 2 get one shirt free. I picked up 3 shirts. When I checked out my total was $81.92!! As my wife was wrapping she noticed the price, sticker placed over the MSRP of $25.00 a mark up of 10 dollars!!! So they mark up the shirts by $10.00 then advertise buy 2 get 1 free. That's a shady business move!! I will never shop at lids again. Wish I could give negative stars!!

This place is HORRIBLE! 0 stars. The butchy Asian girl checked out my husband for a ravens t shirt... he used our credit card, she tells him it's declined. She then tells him to use a card then he uses our debit card and it goes through. However, the credit transaction also WENT THROUGH. I go back in the store to show them and she looks dumbfounded and says it got declined. I proceed to call my bank, only to find out that it was approved by my bank but got denied by their card reader. In the moment I was pissed so I told my husband to return the shirt he bought on the debit card, but they had to give him cash back only... THAT IS A STUPID POLICY! I asked where their manager is and it's another dumbfounded guy that doesn't know what he's doing...THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! They try to take your money. Buy your stuff online, this store is not worth it.

I went in to find a Colorado Rockies hat and they had the perfect one and helped me pick the right stitching and design I wanted on it. They were very helpful and professional
