Lexbreezy Hawai’i

Shopping in Kailua, Oahu, Hawaii...Lexbreezy had a super long line of customers at the Made In Hawaii Festival a few months ago. I've seen the Instagram posts of their clothing, but never had a chance to look upclose at the styles and fabrics. We were going to lunch in Kailua - next door at the new Oh My Grill - and noticed that Lexbreezy is right here! Wow! With free parking, it's so easy to stop by after a meal. Unfortunately, we took too long to eat and Lexbreezy was closed.I drove back to Kailua and got a chance to look around the cute shop! I liked the prints, but didn't care for the styles. For example, rompers are too inconvenient for me to wear.I'll stop by in a few months and check the merchandise. Maybe new items will come out for the holidays... I noticed a dressing room - it will come in handy since there might not be any returns/exchanges accepted.

Lexbreezy advertises as being "committed to producing high-quality products that exceed our customers' expectations." The reality is that they produce low quality product at wannabe-luxury prices. We want to support local businesses without putting a dent in our wallets. I purchased a couple of Hele Palazzo pants and after one wash, the items fit one size smaller and shorter, hitting above my ankles. And yes, I followed the laundry instructions on the tag. Not worth $120.

Lexbreezy has beautiful products however most items are not cheap. The Kailua store was the first store launched, and I'm a firm believer in supporting small local business. The sales staff on a few ocassions upon visiting this location was not friendly or didn't go out of their way to assist. I don't own an apparel yet, but made purchases on bags. Please make sure when you purchase an item from Lexbreezy, that you want the item because if the item is on sale ~ all sales final. If the item is not on sale, you can return within 24 days for a store credit. No refunds. They need to note this on their website as I wanted to return a sale item and couldn't.

Lexbreezy is located in Kailua. It is a little hard to find, so just go slow once you turn off the main road. It shares a parking lot with a bunch of other businesses. I came in with a cousin who is much younger than I am. She likes lexbreezy and shops here often. I'm more of a manuhealii girl. But while she was browsing, I looked around and found a shirt I thought my boyfriend would like. It was the last one and happened to be in his size and on sale!! What a win. The girl working the register was really nice. She didn't complain that we had come in like minutes before they were about to close and she even reminded me to check in on yelp for $5 off. She was very friendly and helpful the whole time we were there. At lexbreezy, they sell mostly women's clothes, well young women's clothes. They have a few men's items and lots of keiki clothes and even swimsuits and bags. By the register, they had little body care items, too. This is definitely a place where you could get a gift, if not something for yourself. And they're so nice! I'll be back!

You must check out this store for high quality, modern Hawaiian clothing for men, women and keiki, plus unique purses. They have lovely prints, the clothing is locally made and the purses though imported, are locally designed and very high quality with luxury touches such as multiple tassels. The small shop is nicely appointed, the dressing rooms are spacious and feel luxurious, and the staff were very friendly. There was also a good selection of sale items and I found a high quality, tightly woven cotton top in a fun pink and green print that was 70% off, plus could not resist a beautiful cross body purse which I have started using immediately.Your purchase will be beautifully wrapped in tissue and a gift bag, a lovely touch.

BEAUTIFUL, CLASSY, ELEGANT, and SO STYLISH!I absolutely love Lexbreezy and the uniqueness of these designs!Not just that, but the force behind the magic is an inspiration. Love the Aloha that is poured into her work. Truly lovely in every aspect.

Purchased 2 blazers and a jumpsuit.Overall: beautiful prints, fabric quality mixed thoughts, stitching below average. Cut and sizing very inconsistent. Suggest trying multiple pieces in same size and style to find the best personal fit. Blazers: really excited to find structured suiting with Hawaiian print. Nice being able to bring a pop of Hawaii into the corporate mainland offices. Unfortunately these blazers will not be staple pieces. Most are personal preferences like cut and tapering. The jacket sleeves have tabs to hold the sleeves when rolled up. I'm not a fan. Jackets are not lined, etc. As I mentioned there's a lot that this blazer lacks for me that I could overlook just to get a Hawaiian printed blazer. But the blazer material for me is the biggest fail. 100% medium weight polyester that does not breathe at all. My office building is extremely cold, i wear a jacket or a blazer to work daily with no issue. This blazer is stifling just sitting at my desk. Once I started walking around and having meetings (in office) it was unbearable. It spent the remainder of the day on my chair back. Jumper: very comfortable. Easy to wear. Fabric breathes well. I had to try couple mediums to find one that fit me best ( where the waistband sat, how low the neck plunged). I was surprised to find how different the fit was (same style, same pattern design, same colored pattern)Customer Service (Kailua): Let's be honest gone are the days of attentive customer minded salespeople. The staff that I've encountered here on 2 separate occasions are simply there to process your sale. They know nothing about the designs, material or helping a customer find something. They are not salespeople they are clerks nothing more. You won't walk out knowing anything more about the clothing or left thinking "maybe I should get that wallet she showed me". Unfortunately common for this type of retail establishment. Most return customers come back for the designs not the service or shopping experience.

First of all, I love lexbreezy products. I have a few pieces. I had ordered 7 items online and had just received in the mail yesterday but only 4 items and missing 3. The packing slip had 4 items checked off and 3 was circled with no explanation of the missing items. After opening &figuring out what I got delivered i had called the Ala Moana store to inquire about my order. Person who assisted me over the phone was pleasant and helpful to look up my order but was not able to confirm with me about my 3 missing items on my order because their was no notations that she could see. She mentioned that she was going to call the warehouse to see if they're able to help which because was the end of the day nobody was available. She had called me back & made me aware that she left a message for the manager to see if they can assist me on the next business day?I had also reached out and responded back to my email confirmation order and took a picture of my packing slip that I had received with my delivery of 4 items in the mail.I hope to receive update feedback soon of items that I had already paid for but did not receive.Mahalo

Quality of clothing is cheap. 3 washes and your clothes are incredibly faded, also buttons and seems start to unravel. For the price, definitely not worth it! Also, staff wouldn't let me use their bathroom, even after purchase.

Great customer service for the first time I visited. Will be back. They have a very nice selection and size range and plus sizes.
