I have been to this location a few times and customer service is always always always wonderful. Today, i was helped by Shelby who was AMAZING at helping me use my gift card which i had trouble redeeming online. But thankfully, they still had the dress i had wanted AND Shelby was able to redeem my gc (even tho she had to make a few calls since my gc number was acting crazy!)!! I swear i felt like one of those IRRAZ customers because the gift card just wasnt working but Shelby was so awesome at doing everything she could to help me out. We even got to talk story while she had to deal with this issue and she is one of the most personable sales chicas i have ever dealt with. This ala Moana location just a few steps away from target is SO convenient. The store is super clean, the selection here is great, and with the Christmas deals going on right now, you cant go wrong!!!! I love supporting local business and will continue to support lex breezy because the amount of cuuuuuute stuff she has AND the wonderful customer service will keep me coming back again and again!

Spoke to an associate on the phone about something I was looking for, told her I was heading in, and got there at 6:05pm to a store closed even though the sign says open til 8pm. Knowing that I was heading in it would've been nice to know they were closing early, saved me over an hour of driving thru traffic.

I ordered a bag from them and for the price I paid it was very poorly made. It ripped pretty shortly after. I emailed for a refund and they wouldn't do it because it was past 30 days. I barely used this bag and it appears esthetically nice but the thread that was used to sew it does not hold up.

Recently I decided I NEEDED a kimono from Lexbreezy, which is perfect since they opened their Ala Moana location recently. I've been wanting to come since they've opened a couple weeks back. ANYWAY...5 stars is for their excellent customer service. The one girl who helped me the most was so sweet, and continuously checked if I had questions/concerns. I tried on a few , but unfortunately my daughter just wasn't having it and I felt flustered so I just got a pareo I've had my eye on. I can't wait to come back....without kids. Lol. I would love to take my time shopping here. Thank you so much for making me feel welcomed. Can't wait to shop here again.

The 1 star rating and not recommend is primarily due to service, integrity, and customer value. I would rate 0, unfortunately, that is not an option. Supporting local businesses is difficult when products are priced higher, customer service is lacking, and the integrity of the company is compromised when bait and switch methods are practiced. I visited the Ala Moana store on 9/28/24. My daughter purchased a dress for over $100. I found a jumpsuit that was tagged at 20% off. When I went to purchase the jumpsuit, the cashier said she needed to call a manager (none on duty at the store) because she wasn't told the jumpsuit was on sale. Then the cashier takes the jumpsuit walks away to the back talking to the manager on the phone. She finally comes back and cuts the tag that shows the 20% off tag and puts a new tag on without the 20% off. She then tells me "You are good to purchase the jumpsuit...long pause...at FULL price. When I questioned why they are taking back the discount that was clearly written in red ink on the tag, the cashier said, "Someone used the wrong tag. The manager will not allow us to sell it at the 20% discount, but you can buy it at full price." Rather than honoring the marked discount, they lost a sale of not only the jumpsuit, but other items I was going to purchase. They also lost me as a customer, although, I don't believe they care. Supporting this business when they refuse to take responsibility is something I choose not to do. There are other local businesses out there that do better and support their customers as much as they support their business.

Standing in line at the convention Ctr for 5 hours and ended up empty handed. Got the ticket number but once inside the convention Ctr, it was so disorganized. They ran out their clothes. It was a waste of time!

First of all, I love supporting local. I have a few pieces. I had ordered 7 items online and had just received in the mail yesterday but only 4 items and missing 3. The packing slip had 4 items checked off and 3 was circled with no explanation of the missing items. After opening &figuring out what I got delivered i had called the Ala Moana store to inquire about my order. Person who assisted me over the phone was pleasant and helpful to look up my order but was not able to confirm with me about my 3 missing items on my order because their was no notations that she could see. She mentioned that she was going to call the warehouse to see if they're able to help which because was the end of the day nobody was available. She had called me back & made me aware that she left a message for the manager to see if they can assist me on the next business day?I had also reached out and responded back to my email confirmation order and took a picture of my packing slip that I had received with my delivery of 4 items in the mail.I hope to receive update feedback soon of items that I had already paid for but did not receive.Mahalo

Just past the 30 days and the purse I bought my mom had the stitching come off the handle. They won't do anything about it. You can clearly see it's poor workmanship and not abuse. Was trying to support a local designer, but that's not how you treat your customers. Will never buy another item from them and will warn others of the poor craftsmanship and pride of the company.
