Let Them Talk Bar

We have been to Let Them Talk at the Pearl City location and really liked it. We had high hopes for the town location.We grabbed food at a couple of spots in the food court and got here at 12:12 pm to grab a cold one. The posted hours are noon to 7:30 pm last call.They had apparently opened up long enough to serve a couple of draft beers and put up a "back in 30 minutes" sign. We finished our food and waited until 1 pm before giving up on them. I really hate to write a bad review like this, but this is no way to run a business.

Located upstairs in H Mart Kaka'ako's Food Hall next to Black Sheep Cream Co, we took notice of their $0.99 canned beer special as we were dining in today. We stopped and talked the friendly counter girl who said the special only was for Pabst Blue Ribbon cans and was available all-day (11am - 9pm). This bar offers a Happy Hour from 11am - 4pm so you can check out the prices on their menu board to see what's available.In addition to beer, Let Them Talk Bar offers wines (California & New Zealand vineyards), cocktails and makkoli. I'm sure their digital menu will update as the vintages and/or vineyards change. The prices are reasonable.We didn't get any alcoholic beverages today but we're looking forward to trying one or two of their cocktails or beers while we nosh on Korean fried chicken or other foods from this Food Hall.

Cool bar to hang out in! Love the kick back attitude and 30 beer varieties! Recommend first round Kirin draft with Soju shot!

Came here to try some things. Their apple pay was slow and was taking a long time. The worker was rude and not very helpful. Definitely not coming back here again.

Good luck going when this place is open! We went today for an adult birthday party and they never opened even though they advertised opening at noon. Won't be going back.

Seen this bar upstairs of Hmart when it first opened and it was always busy (pre pandemic). It seems since reopening they have less selections of beer now and you don't get to pour yourself own glass they'll do it for you. With that being said they charge by the glass now and not by the amount you pour. They don't sell food but there are great selections of food around. They also have a full bar so they can make your drinks. They also close early came here on a Friday night and they were closing up at 8:30. Overall, good concept, wish I was able to try it before Covid happened.

Great beers on tap. Only half of taps actually had beer, but what they did have was all good beers. I was happy, wifey was happy.

My husband and I have been going to Let Them Talk for a while. We used to be huge fans of the $1 PBR. As of recent, the service and overall experience has gone down the drain. Majority of the taps do not work and you can no longer serve yourself. You must order a full beer and it's a flat price (at least that's what was explained to us when we went this week). We've also noticed a change in staff and with that a change in atmosphere. The young girl working behind the bar was sitting on a chair, on FaceTime or a phone call, loudly swearing and complaining to her friend. We didn't even even want to order cause she seemed irritated that we were bothering her during work hours. As much as we loved going here before it truly seems like the owners are just letting the bar dry up and then they'll close.

i just watched people go behind the bar to grab glasses because the bartender was nowhere to be found. been here for 20 minutes, no sign of them.

This bar is a great addition to the food court. The variety of beer is great and some of them are very tasty. Service is always fast, I have never seen this place crowded, meaning there is always a table available to sit. Extremely chill compared to other bars I have been to; the music is not too loud so it is a good place to drink and talk.
