While I have several of the bags, I do think they are expensive for cloth purses. But I like them because they are light as opposed to leather or ones with a lot of metal. My junk weighs a lot so I don't need a bag to add to the weight. Comfort not style is what I am looking for in these bags and backpacks. I miss the outlet that was in Waikiki, so much more affordable. Went today and got another bag. I will say that the store manager knows her product. Telling another salesperson that I was browsing (I do not like pushy salesclerks who on the guise of being helpful are just being pushy) so I could try to wander by myself. But since I was in the area that the manager was working she would make comments on the ones I picked up. Like, "There's an extra bag in the inside" or this is new for this season. Informative without being pushy. One of the surprising things was that all sales are final. Shocked, I asked if my purchase was on sale. She replied that it wasn't but the policy was all purchases were final and not returnable for cash or exchange.

I haven't been here in a while, but I do have a lot of their bags. I used to collect all their Tokidoki bags. I have a box full of them, maybe about 20 Tokidoki bags. Lately, I've purchased their Hello Kitty and Pac-Man bags. I love all the different collabs that they do. They really do have a lot of cute stuff. They recently have collabs with Disney. All those Mickey Mouse bags are adorable. Another great thing about LeSportsac bags are that they are made from nylon. They are water resistant and you don't have to worry about getting them dirty. They are so easy to care for and very low maintenance.

Gosh how I love bags...The accessories that I can't live without LeSportsac doesn't help resisting it very easy at all with that their collaboration with various themes are just fun and expressive in ways that tasteful and fashionable. I do own a few from Minions, Hello Kitty, Coca Cola, and I've been gifted a few Minnie Mouse from my family in Japan and a bestie which I do treasure. They currently have Snoopy and Disney 100 that of course drew me into the store filled with curiosity.Their small pouches and various sized totes does making it tailor to your own needs along with their durable and lightweight fabric a lovable choice to own. In the back of the store are all the sale and discounted merchandise sometimes discounted up to 75% off and that an amazing deal. Love LeSportsac. Always helpful salespeople. I headed in to see the newest styles while I was at the Ala Moana Shopping Center. So many new styles - it is my one-stop place to buy gifts.

I personally don't care for their goods but this wasn't for me! I wish I had gotten the sales associate's name as her service was the utmost professional from any store I've been to outside of Louis Vuitton. She greeted us immediately and told of us of current sale specials and exclusive-to-Hawaii products. We chose a matching purse ($59) and cosmetic bag ($22) in black with pink and sea glass green palm prints.FUN FACT:The only brick and mortar LeSportsac stores in the USA are located on Oahu at Ala Moana Center, Royal Hawaiian Center and Waikele Outlets. Canada, Philippines and Indonesia also have physical locations. The rest of the world must purchase their products online.

Shopping at Ala Moana Center...I really wasn't going to buy anything. I left my purse in the car to make it more inconvenient for impulsive purchases. When I decide to go and get my wallet, it's usually a sign of a good deal.Originally, I was looking for the studded yellow Starbucks tumbler. The Macy's location had sold out quickly, so, as I was walking back to my car, I decided to browse Le Sportsac. I had recently purchased Hello Kitty and BTS items from the Le Sportsac at Royal Hawaiian Center in Waikiki. That was a 50 percent off sale, too. However, this Ala Moana location is larger and seems to have more selection.For example, Ala Moana Le Sportsac had rolling luggage at 70 percent off. Gosh. How can I resist? It's lightweight, durable, water resistant, and of good quality. Now to choose from three designs... Hmmm...The helpful Sales Associate, Connie, showed me how the matching tote bag had a zipper on the back which allows the handle of the rolling luggage to be inserted so the tote bag rests securely on the luggage... Wow!I also had to get something Hello Kitty and something BT21 since they were 50 percent off! Pouches, wallets, and coin purses are so useful and are excellent gifts!I'll probably go back tomorrow because my friend in California saw my Facebook and Instagram posts and she wants some merchandise! Went in to check out a certain bag we saw online. Was initially greeted by the 2 workers...guess they had to since there was no one else in the store.We didn't see the item we were looking for, so my friend asked if they had the bag we were looking for. And with a snooty attitude, he just shook his head and said no. When asked why, he just shook his head again and said, "No, no more." Oh...ok...sorry to have bothered you as you stood chatting with your coworker instead of helping a customer. Clearly they are not interested in helping people...or should I say, local people! From reading the other reviews on yelp, they could use a few lessons in customer service. Buyer beware for sure!! Glad they didn't have what we were looking for.UPDATE: Oops, I was told the manager was actually a woman.

...like, WTH.Me and the bud went to this store a couple hours ago...and had the worst 4 minutes of our weekend.Maybe that glass side door not letting us in was warning already. Ya think, in a big mall like AMC, they'd have the courtesy of putting a sign on it, asking patrons to kindly use the front entrance...oh, but none of that...they just let you look stupid as you struggle to open one door and the other, until you--DUH!--have to figure it out yourself, while the workers inside stare at you like you're on something!...so stupid us walk into the store and start looking around. The salespeople yelled out some kind of welcome...but no one really comes to ask us if we needed help or anything. Just a small kine stare-down and teeny tiny air of dismissal. Guess we didn't look any bit Japanese tourist-like and, therefore, must have seemed as if we didn't have enough money on us to buy anything remotely substantial. Or maybe they met quota for the day, forcing unassuming customers earlier in the day to buy something they otherwise didn't need (yes, I read some of the other negative Yelp posts!).In any case, we were wandering our poor arses through the whole store before realizing they didn't have a specific design we saw online. I asked the taller of the two ladies there--the one with super short hair and smarmy look on her--if she knew anything about this particular design. She glanced at the photo on my phone, and looked completely away from me and toward the back of the store, and said they don't have it. So I asked for clarification again if she meant Hawaii doesn't have it and--OMG, wow, I must be super lowly as I don't even warrant eye contact from this woman--she said yes, Hawaii doesn't have the design...and now does a complete 180-degree head turn toward the front of the store like a predator looking for prey...as she spied with her little hawk eye, a Japanese couple walking in...Disgusted, we started walking out...and I heard a distinct "Aloha!" not far behind us...as Ms. Hawk Lady swooped toward her next...um, potential big sale.Wow.Reading some of the other reviews (especially Shannon G's), I learned that Ms. Hawk is the manager...and I hope she reads this--that my friends and I have, over the years, given this store a lot of sales. Obviously, with this kind of treatment, we will never be back and will make all of our purchases online. ...and, dear reader, don't ever let me catch you saying you weren't warned! I just saved your weekend and the precious 4 minutes you'll never get back if you'd gone into this store!

I was really excited to find out through instagram that Le Sportsac will be carrying Line Friends BT21 merchandise. BT21 characters were created by the BTS Members who are Kim Nam Joon "RM", Jeon Jung Kook, Park Jimin, Kim Taehyung "V" , Min Yoongi "Suga", Jung Hoseok "J-Hope", and Kim Seok Jin "Jin". I love all 8 characters who are Koya by RM, Cooky by Jung Kook, Chimmy the dog by Jimin, Tata by V, Shooky the chocolate chip cookie by Suga, Mang the horse by Hoseok, and RJ the alpaca by Jin, and Van the protector by RM.BT21 merchandise comes in 3 colors with all characters except for square cosmetic that has each individual charactercan be found at https://www.lesportsac.com/collections/bt21-lesportsacOn Friday, November 27, my 1st Le Sportsac Classic purchase was a Carson backpack $120.00 and ID card case $25.00.
