These Malasadas are legit! Those filled ones, I could easily smell the fragrant coconut and vanilla creams before I tried to pick them up with one hand and nearly broke my wrist they were SO stuffed with deliciousness.Super quick service with a smile!Hot and delicious! We honestly could not have asked for anything more.We went to the truck at Waikele outlet Center.Easy parking and multiple other opportunity for bits and pieces to grab for the day.

Super fast service no line when we arrived. Waited maybe 10 mins after ordering to get our hot & fresh Malasada. The coconut one was my filling. I was able to mix and match. Got 3 coconut, 1 chocolate & 2 sugar one. Definitely recommend trying once when in Hawaii

Leonards is a local fixture for a reason. My bf and I got a half dozen of the following:Coconut Cinnamon Original Custard Macadamia Guava I am not typically someone who will wait in lines but this one is worth the wait. It honestly moves fast too. Do not let the lines or parking deter you. It will be worth it when you are enjoying a nice & warm malasada. Our favorites were the cinnamon and original.

I love Leonard's even tho it's not good for me lol... my go-to are the original and custard filled Malasada. I appreciate this food truck location being way more laid back than the Kapahulu brick & mortar. It's hard to stand and wait when you can smell the fried goodness in the air! Haha it's funny how once I catch the smell, I need it all of a sudden! Yesterday, the service was friendly and we got our order in right as they were frying up a new batch. Yum, yum, yum! Malasadas are best when eaten hot & fresh. Make sure to stand outside the car to avoid leaving a sugary mess! This Waikele location always provides plenty of napkins, so even that is a plus in my book. Thanks, Leonard's! :)

Leonard's bakery truck wow... so I went hiking on the WW2 tram trail and afterwards I stop to get some treats. Let's just say this hidden truck bakery is so delicious. Service is great and fast. The location is in a shopping center with plenty of parking. Definitely recommending this spot when visiting Oahu, Hawaii.

Hands down my favorite place to go in Oahu for breakfast before a sunrise hike! The malasadas here are amazing and extremely well known. I would definitely recommend coming here early, as the lines tend to get very long around 8-9am. If you're in the area, you need to check this place out (and you definitely can't miss it on the street)! I go here every single year with my family and it never disappoints

A trip to the Hawaiian islands isn't complete until you've had a malasada. The day we were going to the shopping outlets across the road we spotted Leonard's food truck parked in the same spot as the last time we were there. We drove over. Only one person ahead of us. We ordered three to eat right then and there. 3 filled ones - one custard and two dobash. We ate them warm in our car. As we sat in our car we noticed a line of customers. It's all in timing.

I heard amazing things about these malasadas! Everyone says they are the best thing ever. I think they are definitely worth trying! They are fresh and hot. I got one of each flavor. The line goes by quickly. I think they are good but the hype had me a little disappointed. Not sure if other malasadas are better or not.
