I started by calling a month prior to try and pre-order leis for my sons graduation but was told that they weren't taking any pre-orders because there was a flower shortage. I asked if they carried maile leis and was told that they do carry a maile style ti leaf lei. The gentleman on the phone was very pleasant and apologetic about not being able to make a special order for me. He suggested coming in first thing in the morning the day before or day of the event for best chance at getting what I wanted.I Arrived 30 minutes before opening on Monday morning the day of my sons graduation (sinve they are closed on Sundays) thinking I would have first pick of all the leis. I was disappointed to hear that they were left with a very limited selection after the "weekend". The weekend must consist of Saturday only because they are closed on Sundays. I was told that the new delivery wouldn't arrive until 4:30, which is closing time. I asked if they had open style ti leaf lei. The woman told me that all the leis came closed and I would have to cut it if I wanted an open style. I was confused and I think so was she. I asked again for ti leaf specifically. She walked to the freezer and came back after a couple minutes and said no, "no ti leaf leis".I was very disappointed since this was the main thing I came for and went on to make other choices to which she said they didn't have. I then asked what was avai6and chose from there. After spending $175 on leis she told me I have a maile style ti leaf lei. WTH wasn't that what I asked for. She pulls out a frozen lei and proceeds to defrost it. She tells me it cost $30. After defrosting it and asking a co worker she came back and told me it actually cost $60 not $30 because it was a double not a single. Of course I ended up getting it because it's what I came for.Overall the value of the leis are a good deal but I wasn't happy with the service.

They were awesome, ordered 2 Micro Ginger leis, and they were beautiful, our guest Loved it!

I come here for my leis. For the more higher quality items it would be best to call ahead and make sure that they have you items in the quantity needed. Forgot to take a picture.

Wow, these prices are fantastic! It's cheaper than Chinatown lei stands that's for sure. Great customer service with a smile so it's no wonder why they've been in business since 1989! Thanks guys for sharing the aloha, I will be back!

I needed leis shipped to the mainland for my nieces wedding. Shari was very patient with my questions. It took me awhile to decide which leis to get. Leis were packed and shipped off. They arrived the next day in California as scheduled. Leis were still fresh, fragrant, and beautiful for the wedding.

Ron's is a convenient location. Reliable source for lei. Customer service is excellent.
