I just moved here five months ago. Prior to my move, I was working out five days a week, eating super healthy, and weighed as much as I did when I first graduated from college. As I went through the stress of relocating, it didn't take long for me to fall into bad habits. I finally decided to look for another boot camp, since I was going to one regularly in San Diego. Lee-Ann's 2CW-HI Boot Camp was the first class I'd checked out, and I didn't need to look any further. It has everything I need: an amazing instructor, very friendly and encouraging workout buddies, varied exercises that keep workouts fresh and interesting all while whipping me into shape. I also LOVE that each day of the week is held in a different location. Right now, Mondays are beach workouts, either on the sand or grass. Wednesdays are at a park by the police station. Fridays are in a small studio. You have a choice between 6 AM and 6 PM classes on Wednesdays and Fridays. Mondays are 6 AM only.Lee-Ann is such an amazing instructor and very knowledgeable of fitness and healthy living. She'll help you with goal setting and will never make you feel bad or guilty. She understands that everyone has different goals, fitness levels, etc.As for pricing, you can pay for unlimited classes per month or purchase a bulk of classes (e.g. 24) and have a "punch card" that gets filled out every time you take a class. The latter works very well for me because my work schedule varies all of the time. I paid $275 for 24 classes with the Yelp deal and not including tax. That's about how much I was paying back in San Diego, and it's a lot cheaper compared to CrossFit and other gyms.I've been going for a month now and will not be slowing down anytime soon!!

I have known LeeAnn for years. We go way back to her days as a coach for indoor cycle class (she still teaches). I mostly train one on one with an occasional buddy to join me I've seen buddies come and go. LeeAnn keeps me accountable and I train twice a week. The workouts are never the same , am always challenged and often have sore muscles the next day. Thank you for the support and encouragement that keeps me showing up at 530 am. Anyone want to join me?

I've always been conscientious about my health and fitness. In college, I went to regular aerobics classes and even sprung for an expensive gym membership. Going to the gym 3-5 days a week was all I thought I needed to do to be "in shape." But after a few years of this weekly routine I wasn't seeing any significant result of all my time and money. Then, after college I started doing in triathlons. My regular gym sessions combined with increased cardio training was not only addictive and fun but it also put me in what I thought was "the best shape of my life." But, shortly thereafter I suddenly hit a discouraging plateau. I noticed my speed and strength were not improving and I felt my health and fitness routine was seriously stuck in a rut. It wasn't until I began training 2CW Bootcamp where I started to see things quickly changing. There has not been a session where I didn't feel like I had been pushed to my physical limits. Lee-Ann never disappoints as she is always there for a hardcore dose of motivation even when you think you've done your last push up or burpee. It's her personal commitment to the success of her clients and her enthusiasm for fitness that make 2CW Bootcamp such an ideal place to workout. For once, I truly feel I have finally found a fitness program that has proven itself worth the time and money!

Lee-Ann is not just a hardcore trainer and fitness enthusiast, she is also a kind and compassionate soul.I did her bootcamps for a few months the year before last, and I really got results from her experienced training sessions. She never made me feel as if I were not good enough, that is huge for me as I am already uncomfortable in my own skin.Hopefully one of these days, I will reattempt her classes to get my A** back on track...lol. Lee-Ann Watanabe is the BEST! My first contact with this boot camp was from a groupon that I purchased. The price was right and I needed to get in shape! So, I gathered some of my girlfriends and we all decided to do it together. I'm usually pretty apprehensive when it comes to personal trainers, gyms, and working out with other people. I'll admit it, I'm a plus-size girl, and I don't want to be judged by my huffing and puffing! But this boot camp was awesome! Lee-Ann is so non-judgmental, inspirational, and quite the motivator! She knows that everyone's on different skill levels and she crafts your workout just for you! Even in a group setting, she gives TONS of personal attention. She's always checking to make sure you're workout is perfect for you, not too strenuous that you would hurt yourself but pushing you to bring your physique to the next level. Lee-Ann taught me that boot camps are not only for those hardcore exercise freaks! Everyone can do it. Ha ha! If I can do it, trust me, anyone can!!!After such a great experience, I hired Lee-Ann for individual personal training sessions to get me ready for that white dress on my wedding day! Lee-Ann was so motivating, I dropped the weight and my arms were ready for that strapless. I highly recommend this boot camp. All the other boot campers are super cool. Not snobby at all and Lee-Ann makes EVERYONE feel comfortable no matter the skill level.

I've tried out many many exercise classes over the years and this is the only one that I've been able to stick with! As others have said, Lee-Ann changes it up every single class and that keeps me from getting bored. She's also the perfect balance of encouraging/motivating while still being nice and not making you feel like a loser, plus she's always happy to modify exercises for your fitness level and/or injuries.This is a great class for beginners through advanced athletes. Trust me, it'll be challenging, but bearable, for anyone. Give it a try - we'll see you there!

I'm 62 yrs. old, had high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and a thyroid problem that makes it difficult to lose weight. Although I joined Lee-Ann's boot camp almost a year ago, I had many breaks due to injuries and family emergencies. But since maintaining a regular schedule for the last couple of months, my blood pressure is normal, my good cholesterol is unusually high, and my doc had to reduce my thyroid meds because now my thyroid is overactive. I'm still determined to lose weight, but now I don't have the health issues.All you have to do is show up, Lee-Ann will motivate you to get going and get fit. I love lee-ann! I've been going here off an on for about 2 years, just depends if i have night school or not but she truly makes workouts fun, always encourages you, starts marathon groups for runs such as this past color run 5k. We all went as a group and it was amazing! You will see progress and if you need the extra help, she makes time to give it to you!

Art of fitness (Ray) has strict rules which makes Gym clean, safe & very personable, he also is great trainer that I enjoy his class very much.I recommend this place highly.
