I finally had the chance to check out Leahi Health Kaimuki while meeting up with a friend, and I'm so glad I did! Parking was a breeze -- they have quick spots right up front and a side lot with plenty of spaces, making it super convenient.Their menu is impressive, offering everything from coffee to smoothies to a variety of whole food, plant-based meals. I don't drink coffee, so I went for the King Cure Smoothie (minus the kombucha, subbed with water) and the Breakfast Tacos. Before ordering, I asked if their tofu and corn were organic. They kindly showed me that the tofu is organic, and while the corn isn't organic, it is non-GMO -- I appreciated the transparency. The food was fresh, flavorful, and the portions were generous. They do not skimp! I even had to take one of the two breakfast tacos home because it was so filling. It's clear they care about quality and quantity. With multiple locations around the island, I'll definitely be back. My only regret is not trying them sooner! If you're looking for a healthy, satisfying meal, give them a try -- you'll be glad you did.See you on Yelp!

We normally order from this location as it is close to our work. We ordered the breakfast taco , kale avocado taco, and my daughter ordered the Baja bowl (not pictured ). We took photos at the end because we forgot before hand. My co-worker was almost finished with her avocado taco and bit into a small metal piece of a clip that was inside like something was opened and may have broke off while they prepared the food . She no longer wants to order food from here for fair that she'll have something dangerous inside of her food again both my daughter and I had wonderful food, but I'm giving two stars for the fact that something dangerous was left inside of her taco. Plus she also said she had kale and no avocado, and it was advertised as a kale avocado taco. More attention should be made when preparing food. Luckily my friend did not get hurt from this incident. She sent a picture to the leahi email listed since they only have an answering machine recording that tells you no phone orders and to email for question or concerns. This place has amazing food but we are afraid of eating here due to metal objects left in the food .

Leahi Health Bar is a spot I recommend to anyone looking for vegetarian and vegan food. Their bowls and tacos are a must-try. If you're in the mood for tacos, you can choose between their flatbread or a gluten-free tortilla, but do yourself a favor and ask for the hot sauce on top--it adds that extra kick. Just know, there's a small charge if you ask for it on the side.I'm a big fan of the Thai Crunch Salad. The shredded papaya on brown rice, with that delicious dressing, is chef's kiss. And for the tacos, the bacon mustard with coconut "bacon" is a winner, though it can be a little dry without that hot sauce. They've got a few parking spots out front, but street parking might be your best bet if it's busy. There's seating inside, and the patio area is great for chilling with friends. And don't skip out on their smoothies! Tuesdays are a sweet deal with a smoothie and taco combo for $15. I'm all about the Ulu Watu smoothie with banana, apple, almond butter, cocoa, and almond milk--so good!Heads up if you have a nut allergy, though. They use a lot of nuts in their dishes, so it might be worth skipping if that's a concern.

Finally an affordable healthy option in Honolulu! Food was super flavorful and packed with vibrant veggies. Love the coconut bacon. Prices were decent at $11 for two tacos. Smoothie was bomb. Wasn't too crowded and they have seating inside and outside. I would come back for sure!

Lovely salads and one of the tastiest smoothies I've ever had. We had the bacon mustard bowl and the deep green smoothie. Can't wait for more from a healthy, satisfying meal.

3.75Fave açaí bowls so far: Da cove and lanikai. Leahi was too sweet for me, but I liked how icy the açaí bowl was. Kind of like eating a blended popsicle? Definitely better than Nalu, which was beautiful and covered with fruit, but too sweet. (Note: I *did* order it with less agave). The savory foods and smoothies look so good and would return for that! Pro tip: there's a large parking lot out back, totally open in the morning since their neighboring restaurants aren't open until later.

I always make a stop at Leahi in Kaimuki every time I'm in town in Hawaii. I've seen Leahi when it started as a small health food stand and expand now toa small indoor / outdoor cafe. With various locations throughout Honolulu. I love the food (healthy choices ) smoothies and Kombucha . Leahi never disappoints. The entire menu is good something for every health conscious individual. I can't wait to return .

This place is my absolute favorite spot to stop for vegan grinds in Kaimuki. They have several different tacos which come with flatbread and are loaded beyond the brim with delicious local ingredients made into some really creative vegan treats. Order ahead and head to the beach! Each taco order comes with two and they are pretty big so you can even share. Or get two different items and swap one with your friends. Everything I've tried is great, the kale and avocado tacos with coconut bacon keep me coming back every time. They're also really great about removing items for dietary restrictions. This is more of a takeout window than a sit down spot but they do have a couple of tables close to the corner where the pub is.
