10/10!!! My new go-to spot for banh mi and 3 of my other friends as well as my family members can also agree!!I'm viet so finding a good banh mi is def hard in Hawaii so once Le's opened, we were all about it.I love the Saigon Special with extra pate

It's a small spot but there's plenty of outdoor seating. The bread tastes fresh and handmade from the first bite/taste, so for those that love banh mi, this is definitely a must-visit. Having been disappointed by less-than-authentic Banh Mi at various locales, I was initially skeptical about trying Le's Banh Mi despite its enticing name and high praise. Situated in the 808 Center, just a walk across from Walmart where I parked, this restaurant's second-floor location was buzzing with activity, a promising sign of its popularity.Upon arriving, the scene was lively with customers enjoying their meals and Vietnamese coffees. My order was a test of authenticity, and I'm pleased to report that Le's Banh Mi delivered--offering a sandwich that could rival those I savored in Vietnam, both in authenticity and flavor. This is the real deal; the Banh Mi was precisely as one would expect from a traditional Vietnamese eatery.Additionally, they serve Vietnamese iced coffees and lattes. While the Vietnamese iced coffee leaned towards the bitter side, making it a bit challenging to enjoy, the Vietnamese iced latte was a delight, smoothed by just the right amount of condensed milk.If you're seeking an authentic Banh Mi experience or a soothing Vietnamese iced latte less intense than the traditional coffee, Le's Banh Mi at the 808 Center is your go-to. It's as close as you can get to Vietnam without leaving town.

Got lazy and UberEats delivered our Sammie's and they are still excellent and delicious down to the last bite!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Wow!After being let down by Bahn mi's lately this was an amazing turn around!! Way to go Le's!!We got 2 pork belly Bahn mi's and a lemongrass chicken Bahn mi and a Vietnamese coffee. $39.Each had a burst of fresh flavors. With unique and delicious flavors. They all had crispy bread and juicy meet and great tasting veggies.The lemongrass chicken was my favorite.Nice touch putting the sandwiches in labeled bags!!

12/28/24 @1240Located on the 3rd Floor, you are greeted by a huge good luck bamboo plant. The place is small with a few inside tables and also available is outside tables. It's clean and bright. The menu has a few items which helps you to make a decision. Having only a few items, allows them to concentrate and focus what they do best which is of course Bahn Mi. I ordered the roast pork Bahn Mi and it was tasty. The bread was perfect. It was crunchy and not thick where it takes away from the fillings. The pork was cooked to perfection and the vegetables were fresh. It came out pretty quick after ordering and the presentation was on spot. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I will definitely be back! The only thing is the parking. It's either the valet or street parking. I guess you can go park at Walmart as well. Overall an excellent experience.

It's been a long time since I came back to le's banh mi. I've been to several other ones here and there but none compares to le's. It's something about their bread that is so magical!I'm quite the picky eater especially when it comes to Vietnamese food - but this shop is by far the best on the island. They are located on the 3rd floor in the 808 center which is next to the Walmart in town so you know the parking is kinda tricky especially when you don't want to valet your car. But! If you go on a Sunday you can park on the street and it's a short walk over. Most of the sandwiches cost about $10 average which seems to be the going rate right now. I've tried the Saigon special, roast pork, and the Vietnamese coffee and it surely did not disappoint. It seems like their hours aren't as long as before, but they seem to be open most days and quite early. Their store is small but it's bright and very clean. They surely try their best with how busy they are and with the staffing they have. They have indoor and outdoor seating available - most people tend to sit outside. It did get kind of crowded inside tho as they have rushes here and there for lunch.

The woman who answered the phone, who I suspect is the owner, was very efficient and kind. I can tell the staff work hard.[Food and Drink]The bread for the sandwiches is pleasantly crisp, yet soft. Each bite is layered with perfectly-seasoned meat, pickled carrots and daikon, fresh jalapeño and cucumber as well fragrant cilantro. Delicious. Absolutely exceptional banh mi. The Vietnamese iced coffee was good too, not too sweet or strong. I wonder if they actually French press fresh espresso or use instant. FYI-They have non-meat options![Ambiance]The space itself is very clean and simple. Some seating available inside as well as outside. I believe most people order for to-go.Highly recommend this place! Support local!

I LOVE sandwiches! This banh mi spot opens early in the morning. Located at the 808 Center on the 3rd floor. There's a few seating inside and outside. We decided on takeout since there's minimal parking.We did a phone order for the Saigon special (variety of meat) and a lemongrass chicken. It was about $11.50 for each sandwich. They make it fresh when ordered. The bread was toasted and was crispy. The meat and vegetables had a balance amount portion. The sandwich was delicious!

So solid. Bahn mi done right. Not only do they bake their own baguette but love and care is infused into each sandwich. Perfect ratios result in perfect bites. Casual, affordable, simple and delicious. Love this place.
