There are a lot of shopping malls/centers in Ewa Beach and this is one of the newer ones. Safeway, Ross, and Jolene's are the businesses that I've patronized here...and there are others such as Starbucks and McDonald's as well as City Mill and O'Reilly Auto Parts. There is also a Safeway Fuel Station. Parking is plentiful but don't park near the Starbuscks as it has a drive thru. Rainbow Drive-In used to have a franchise and I am not sure what replaced it. There are plentiful eating option as it is a huge center where the customer's needs will be met.

Shopaholic dream...My bestie lived in Ewa Beach which I've frequented for over twenty years and driving down you see several little shopping centers but nothing like Laulani Village Shopping Center.I remember when it started to break ground seeing "Safeway coming soon" sign and was definitely excited for the community and my bestie for more options though I was just clueless of what other plans they really had for this area.Adulting along with distance I wasn't around for the final unveiling and really had no idea until a visit with my bestie one day as she was my New Years resolution..."to put our happiness first and see her more" and we had our pedi here, can't remember the place but clearly remember the fun and smiles we had following with Starbucks of course...oh how I miss those days. She's now my angel but I do visit here when I can as there so much to do, shop and get things done the most recent was for her celebration of life and as I created a collage in honor of her life we need a place to get it printed...Yelped a bunch of places but it was 8pm and nothing was available so I drove in Laulani to rethink and...POOF! Walgreens!!! Staff there was amazing and we got it done in minutes and saved our day, so much memories and great wonderful business here including City Mill, Jolene's, Ross and many many services as well. Low on gas Safeway Fuel Station is a must as you get a discount for paying in cash many times no different from Costco.Thank you for the memories and happy moments!

It was my first time at Laulani Village Shopping Center. I don't get out of town much. They have a lot of parking and it has a nice mix of shops and eateries. Today I went to Safeway, Jolene's and Ahi & Vegetable. I liked all three locations better than the ones in town. It wasn't as crowded and I liked the open space.I also saw T-Moblie, Ross, Walgreens, City Mill and American Savings Bank in the shopping center.

Laulani Village is a mall area located about a block south away from the other mall with the Foodland and Longs and Genki (Ewa Town Center). It is across the street from the Hawaii Prince Golf Course. You can enter from Fort Weaver (and drive behind the back area of Safeway) or from the entrances on Keaunui Drive. The building on the Fort Weaver/Keaunui corner is two stories, and everywhere else is basically one level. To get from one end (City Mill) to the other end (Safeway) feels like a pretty long walk......most people would probably drive just to get to the other side!On the south (or makai) end of the mall, going from the side closest to Fort Weaver (left, east) towards the right/west, you have:-Safeway (with a Starbucks inside), Bank of Hawaii, Central Pacific Bank, T-Mobile, GNC, AT&T, Teddy's Bigger Burgers, Sprint, Golden Coin, Ross, PetCo, City Mill.On the side of the mall closest to Keaunui Drive, on standalone buildings, you have from west to east: Safeway Gas Station,McDonalds,Walgreens,Starbucks (with drive-thru),Je Taime,American Savings Bank (with drive-thru) (behind Starbucks). The two-story complex has some office space that are partly occupied. The stores there are:Bangkok Chef, SuperCuts,Daiichi Ramen,The UPS Store,Allstate,Russo's Coal Fired Italian Kitchen,Buffalo Wild Wings,Verizon, Pearl's Korean BBQ,a nail salon, Panda Express. The parking lot on the Safeway side gets pretty full during meal times because of the restaurants there. While driving through the parking areas, be mindful of the signs.......some intersections are 4-way stops, some are not! If there was a map/directory, I would've taken a photo to post on Yelp, but there wasn't any! I guess you just need to know what's where on your own if you're not a regular here. The shopping area is so spaced out. I had to make stops at the Safeway Gas Station, Safeway supermarket, and Starbucks. It wasn't too bad because I could park between Safeway and Starbucks and walk to/from the stores. But if I was shopping at City Mill and Safeway, one must ask oneself, "Do I drive over there or walk?". Fairly inconvenient. Most times, people would only come to this mall area to go to 1 or 2 places and that's it. There's no real draw to come here if you're not here specifically to go to a specific store. At least there's lots of parking. In all the times I've come here, I don't have to circle around for a stall.

When this center opened up 2 years ago, parking was not a problem. Times have changed, and quickly too.Do not park close to Starbucks. The drive thru line will block you from pulling out. I've gotten stuck there twice. The 2nd time I went into road rage because I made it obvious I was trying to pull out of the parking stall but the driver came right into the waiting line blocking my exit. The exchanged words prompted an apology and I managed to cool down. Sorry about that but it just got so irritating.Parking can be difficult if you are trying to park in the area of Pearl's, Russo's, Daiichi Ramen & Curry and Bangkok Chef. I would park closer to Safeway if possible to pull out.Now because I live in Hau Bush, deep in Ewa Beach, I like going behind Safeway to exit the shopping center onto Ft. Weaver Rd. to get home. Convenient and easy.I frequent Safeway, City Mill, Daiichi, Russo's, America Savings and sometimes Starbucks. I won't go to the Starbucks in Safeway. For some reason it just isn't as good. but that's another review.I do like this center the best here in Ewa Beach. I hope it can be maintained and not fall apart. We long time residents miss the cane fields that use to be here but the convenience the shopping center offers helps to ease that over.

After leaving Ka Makana Ali'i mall mom and I headed to the bus stop. We got on a bus that said Kapolei. Somehow we ended up in Ewa. We got off the bus next to Laulani Village Shopping Center. This was my second visit to the center. My first visit I was with a few friends when we had dinner at Russo's Brick Oven Pizza.Mom and I browsed around the center for a bit. I noticed that American Savings Bank is located here. I went straight to the ATM to withdraw some spending cash.I asked Mom if she was hungry and she said "yes". I looked around at the remaining eatery establishments and decided that we should eat some ramen from Daiichi Ramen. After having dinner at Daiichi Ramen then we headed to the nearest bus stop to go back towards Kapolei.19/100

When we purchased a home on the westside of Oahu a year and a half ago, Laulani Village Shops was still skin and bones. Today it's a thriving center that is a welcomed addition to the fast and growing Ewa plain.Safeway anchors this shopping center as well as Ross, PetCo and City Mill. Joining in the ranks is Starbucks, Panda, Royal Nails, Supercuts, UPS Store and a Pearl's Korean BBQ.Brand new restaurant opening soon - Russo Itallian Kitchen. Other notable store's in the area is Teddy's Burgers, soon to open Sprint Store, CPB Bank and a GNC. Occupancy at these shops is not yet at 100%.There are pros and cons to having a shopping center like this close to home - convenience and appreciation of property values are two that stand out the most. The Ewa plains is the fastest growing city in terms of affordable housing and I would love more than anything to have boutiques and restaurants similar to town opening up around my corner. As with any growing population, I just hope that this area is maintained aesthetically and security wise.

Always come here for coffee, food, shopping, gas. I wish there was more shops and restaurants but living in Ewa Beach, it's still a plus because compared to before we had nothing! So thank God for this place because it has a bit of everything if you don't want to take that extra drive to Waipahu or Kapolei.

Laulani Village is a fairly new shopping center conveniently located in the middle of all the new track home developments in Ewa. So far it is clean and convenient with ample parking. They have five major stores: Safeway, Petco, Ross, City Mill and Walgreens. They also have a Starbucks with a drive thru AND another Starbucks in the Safeway. For food- there is Panda, Pearls, Russo's Italian, Teddy's and they are in the middle of building a new McDonalds. I think there is also a GNC, AT&T and Sprint, UPS and Supercuts. There is also a bank, but I forget which one.I hope they add one or two nice sit down restaurants. And if they added a Jamba Juice and a Fro-Yo this shopping center would be perfect! Everything here is pretty generic, mainly chain stores... but it has everything you need, it's convenient and parking is wonderful. They even have security that rides around in the parking lot so I think that should help keep the place safe and clean.
