I was so excited to hear that Laine was going to open in Pearlridge! I love the Ala Moana store. Not for just their cute clothes, accessories and jewelry, but for their service. Pearlridge store had the same service and cute items! Even had a chance to talk to the owner on their grand opening. Congratulations!! We will surely be back to treat ourselves or for great gifts!

Went to get permanent bracelets with my friend the other day. First of all, the worker didn't even put a cloth under where she welded the anklet so my friend felt the sparks. Second of all, we were walking around afterwards and by the time we went home, noticed that the anklet was missing. We went back to the store and were told what happens after we step out of the store is not their responsibility. But after two hours the bracelet had already fallen off. Didn't even get offered a discount for a new purchase or anything. Will not be returning to this place, I've had much better experiences at Ocean Creations instead.
