Lagoon Grill

It's fine for what it is. Very nice bartenders and drinks are plenty strong, IMO. Not too much variety of food but fine for snacks at the pool. They don't do much pool side service which is unusual. Overall we were pretty satisfied!

I was hanging out by the Hilton Hawaiian Village yesterday and I just ordered a Teriyaki burger with fries and A) there was literally no Teriyaki flavor B) so dry I had to add like 5 little mayo and ketchup packets to it. It's just grab and go, so no service to speak of.The fries are good here though...

2nd day at Hilton Waikiki Resort. While my kids are having fun in the pool, my waiter, "David" keeps the drinks coming. The food here is ideal for kids and so is the atmosphere. Best location among all 4 pools at this resort, just get here by 09:30 when it opens or you may not find a place to sit. Having an amazing time. Thanks David for taking care of us!!!

extremely long lines, that luckily for me, mama waited at. :) someone had to watch the kids!the order area is a small window and the delivery area was just a moderately larger window. nice enough people working, but, man, took FOREVER! food was ok, but, we were starving at that point. not too many options if you're hanging out at the Lagoon or Paradise pool. i walked back from the Hau Tree bar with 2 drinks and nearly spilled it coming back through the massive sea of humanity on the path. pro tip: order to-go from CJ's and bring it in here.

We are here now for vacation. We just want to say prices are what you expect at a tourist resort. Food is great! But what really made me write this was Dave, our waiter. He is polite, prompt and knowledgeable about the menu. He's out here sweating to bring our food and drinks poolside to help us enjoy our vacation and deserves not only kudos but a raise! If you find yourself at the Hilton Waikiki, and go to the lagoon pool, which for those older adults like us, is the ONLY pool with a hot tub, please ask for Dave! He is friendly and a terrific waiter!

Just like 7/11 food if that's your thing. Not cheaper either. I could walk over to the restaurant get fresh nachos with pico and more for the same price. Starting at my nachos bummed. My daughters food was awful too but they did have good cookies.

Place is overly charged and their customer service isn't that great. I was waiting for a refill on my drink for more than 20 minutes. Their menu doesn't really have much selection .. and to top it off I would imagine that their food would be good; the food wasn't all that great for the prices you're paying. I guess you're paying for the view which was a nice sunset.

You're kidding me right? How can you F up nachos!!?? There is barely any cheese on the chips. The consistency of the cheese looked and tasted BAD. Looked like someone threw up on the chips. Would not recommend. 0/10.

Slow service and the food tasted like from 7/11. Would not recommend. The servers take their time to do something else. It is better off with the restaurants inside the hotel.

Smoothie, drinks and food have all been great! The hot dogs and brownies are both huge and very good!
