L'Occitane

Jessica was working when we went and I hope she's working when we go back. The store itself is nicely set up with a sink in the store so you can try some different soaps or body wash. My daughter in-law bought some shampoo with no suds and body wash. The shampoo is pretty cool. Kinda feels like putting conditioner in your hair. I haven't tried the body wash yet.

Saeko assisted me in recommending scents according to my preference in perfume and was very kind as I browsed the store up to when I checked out, very welcoming environment and have loved the products I picked up so far. Would definitely recommend for self care and gifts for the upcoming holidays as well! Great selection of bundled products.

I guess this is really is a + for the Honolulu Store. Drive in and buy your stuff in person. I was lazy, ordered online and delivery is +30days. Seriously how do you even ship something that slow? Is there a special form at the post office to make it slower than bulk mail? I email customer service, submitted a review to their website - but it's just Robo replies from a trash company trying to pretend it's a luxury brand. I don't mind buying $100 lotion, but I expect it to be delivered in less than a month.

Small store that has been at Ala Moana Mall forever. Good products, decent price point, but for me the items are more for stocking stuffers, purse size necessities or office gifts. They do package their products nicely and I do like the Verbana scent.

Just purchased the 2019 $100 Fukubukuro bag. Very disappointed. The bag was supposedly worth $200 but did not have any full sized products (aside from the bar of soap). It was a bunch of samples. In addition to the samples, there was no variety. They included 7 sample sized hand cremes, 3 of which were IDENTICAL, 2 lavender bubble bath sample bottles (again, identical), and 4 shower oils, 2 of which were IDENTICAL. If it wasn't bad enough getting sample sized products for $100, they should be sure not to give duplicate products. Would not recommend buying the more expensive Fukubukuro products from this store. Go with the $50. Less chances of getting the same products in sample sizes.

I'm really into anti-aging. I don't want to look old when I'm older, so I have to prevent signs of aging before I turn 30+! Hands are often neglected, so pamper them a bit with some hand cream! L'Occitane makes affordable ($10) you only need a pea size amount, it's non greasy and absorbs quickly. I also enjoy their baby cleansing gel- I don't have a kid, but I find it to be really gentle and the bottle is cute!

I love this store! Staff - friendly, courteous and helpfulProducts - best hand creams, love the eye makeup remover, bath/hair products are so aromatherapeutic!Fukubukuro is the best time to stock up - maybe I shouldn't have written that because it is one of the best "secrets". Marion is the best! She is so nice - so willing to help!! Coming to this store is always a pleasure!

Salesperson was very friendly and helpful. She helped me find what I wanted. Made me try a sample of one of the items before buying it. I found some perfect gifts for friends.

I first tried l'occitane a few months ago. After trying a variety of products I went back with a long list today to stock up!! Thank you to marcie and marion. They really know their products and made shopping fun! Thank you!!!

Scents are lovely but employees could be a little more helpful and friendly. On my first visit to the store everyone was the least helpful, i bought a crapload of their Almond products anyway and thought to myself that I could shop online when it's time for refills. I never wanted to return. Although very hesitant to go back, I got myself to return because I needed them refills. My experience the second time was favorable...no it was not the manager. Note: the manager was there the first time. So three stars for the awesome experience the second time and great products. -2 points for the 2 employees who cared less about the companies sales goals the first time.
