Terrible place poor quality food and service. Caught them cutting corners which is so disappointing. Never coming back

This has to be the cleanest L&L ever! I'm totally impressed, and just everything was nice. Being tall, I can see behind the counters, behind the register and inside of the kitchen, and all clean. Wow!The food is ALWAYS spot on. Fresh, flavorful, and taste is spot on. Customer service is also great here. We will be back

Exploring sure make you hungry...Finding myself in Aikahi there was a few places that piqued my interest but this little L&L hidden in the corner somehow got my attention as you know this is the place for some yummy local grinds.Not really wanting a whole plate lunch though I noticed a "Happy Hour" special from 2pm to 5pm daily I checked my time and it was 5:02...gah!! The offer is a choice of Mini bbq chicken, Chicken Katsu or Loco Moco plate for $8 which is a great deal and I probably would've ordered it to take home for dinner but oh well...Walked in and scanned the massive menu including "chef's special" written on a white board but decided on a musubi...BBQ Chicken Musubi there was no one else in there but me at the moment and after I placed my order the staff then continued to finish their meal right there though completely understandable isn't quite the scene I'd like to see. Obviously having myself seeing this they then turned around only to be scolded by someone in the back telling them to seat themselves instead of standing right at the counter lol...this person was young.It did take a few minutes for my order then at that moment a gentleman notice me looking at the happy hour menu and asked if I ordered that which I replied it's pass 5pm..."it's okay" he says though the counter person had zero conversion with me about that and literally had no personality and thinking it was too late he then asked if I wanted to order which I politely declined and hope to have the opportunity to do so in a future visit.The decor here is very minimalistic a clean and simple space which is nice and when I got my order it was nice and hot the freshly made chicken atop the rice was really good just hope to have someone that's a bit more friendly there the next time.Thank you!

Went in today with my son to grab breakfast @1010. Apparently they just had opened and I ordered 2 breakfast combos. She told me that it would take 20 minutes. I was okay, however what pissed me off was when everyone that ordered after me got their food, including the person that just placed their order 5 minutes prior to me getting my order. The female cashier was very rude and probably angry that they opened late. But don't take your anger out on me for pointing out what you were doing wrong. As well as tell me not to back there. I will take your advice and not ever order there again, especially with her attitude.

Hard giving 3 stars but I guess it's about the food for fast casual. I got a mini loco moco this morning. The patty seemed just a frozen one, thin and no real flavor at all. It just lacked flavor personally. If you like rice the portion had a lot to enjoy.

It's fast food that hits the spot. I've had all their plates. Beef stew, katsu, chicken, ribs, etc. it's like cafeteria food but with bigger portions. The Mac salad and rice make sure you're full so that's always a plus. I wish it was cheaper but it's fair considering how filling it is. If you need a quick, meal that'll fill you up, get plenty off sauce and dig in

Seems to be very nice people working here but I did not have a very good experience today.First off the fries are just meh. I asked if they could double fry to make it crispy, fries were soft and soggy.Then I asked for brown rice in my chili bowl, I got white rice. Not ordering the chili again. Anyone that has tried it, correct me if I'm wrong but is that canned pork and beans added into the chili? The burgers I ordered were good but I had to explain that what a bacon cheeseburger is

Always reliable and good. No matter what lunch plate you get, you will be satisfied. My personal favorites are the short rib and chicken katsu. Also, I always have to get my hawaiian sun drink to wash it down! Fast and easy meal that will last you two days.
