Located in the Manoa Marketplace, L&L serves all the classic plate lunches. Mini plate lunch runs about $11. Service is quick, and food doesn't disappoint. Tables available outside if you're eating there, I think there are 3 tables inside. It's a bit awkward waiting for your food while all the tables inside are taken. They need a bench for people to wait for take out orders. Casual vibes, lots of parking available, and a nice play space for kids nearby.

Yum! L&L is a staple that's always on our list of places to go.There are only 3 tables (4 seaters) at this restaurant location so you may need to bring your good elsewhere to eat if there are other patrons.Service was friendly. Food took around 15 minutes or so to come out, but they were piping hot containers.Chicken katsu curry (mini) | ~$10.45Tender and delicious dark meat chicken katsu. There was a ladle of curry on top which did make the chicken pretty soggy rather than the crunchy I was hoping for. Not to self to ask for the curry on the side next time!Location is convenient in a shopping plaza. Longs and Safeway are nearby so this is a perfect stop to grab something to eat while out and about.

It's a take out place with a few tables. Price is still reasonable. We bought a mini mochiko chicken with rice and salad for about $10.50. It was enough for two of us.

Haven't ate at L&L for years so I wanted to try my favorite mochiko chicken. It's been maybe 10 years since I tried it but I remember they used to have a ponzu sauce that came with it. They don't give it anymore, but those chicken was flavorful. Minus one star because all the pieces were TINY. Should've called this popcorn chicken. A little disappointed, but flavor was just how I remembered it. May be another few years before I try again.

Love the service as staff are very friendly. The place is very clean. the Food is spot on and consistent for when you want that plate lunch-especially if you want something with gravy love the chicken cutlet. Very crunchy with tasty gravy. Their breakfast is delicious as well. of food that you get. another plus is lots of free parking with dessert places near by.

The owner lady is super nice and takes the service to the next level. My son spilled water on the floor on Sunday morning. She came out and really cleaned our area for us and even replaced the water and delivered to us. This is unheard of fast food restaurant and we really felt genuinely cared for.

I live in Pearl City but often drive to Manoa L&L Hawaiian BBQ for excellent local food. They have the BEST BBQ Mix! Meats are tender, perfectly seasoned and cooked.No wonder it's the only L&L with 4-1/2 stars.The lady cashier is super courteous and friendly.Located in Manoa Marketplace so you can shop at Safeway and many other shops.

They gave a lot of food, and it was delicious! The Chicken Katsu was large enough to share with my family and have lunch for the next couple of days. The Katsu was so good, it did not even need the sauce!My husband ordered the fried shrimp. He was happy with that. It was enough to share with the family, but that one had no left overs
