Chef Ed was easy to work with and works with the budget you have. Our event had more than enough food for the amount of people we expected. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious! We opted to not order the bacon kabayaki, and now I feel the need to attend another event just to try it. Oh, lucky us, we have another upcoming event that will have kabayaki bacon which I may get a taste of it. If you have a private event plan ahead, as Chef Ed books out weeks ahead, he's in demand!

Kuoha catered a not for profit fundraiser in Manoa on Feb 22. Food was plentiful and delicious: bacon kabayaki, meatballs, shoyu chicken, stir fried noodles, veg platter with creamy garlic sauce, poke bowl and creamy dessert. Wonderful flavors and attractive presentation.

I learned about Chef Ed thru a local Facebook group, and having him and his team cater our wedding was one of the best decisions we've made. He worked with our budget and created an amazing menu that included 5 different dishes plus 2 different appetizers. He also supplemented vegan food for some of our guests. Communication was very good throughout the entire planning process. Our guests could not stop raving about the food at our wedding and my husband and I loved every single dish he made. We wish we had more. 10/10 highly recommended

I used Kuoha Cullinary for a family reunion dinner recently, they exceeded everyones expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, we used them for drop off service and it was flawless. I highly recommend using them! I wish I had taken pictures of the food but everything looked and smelled so amazing that we started eating right away!

I met Kuoha Culinary some years back when I used him for a UYE to welcome one of our international Yelp friends and former CM. They are steady in their food preparation and the deliverance and presentation is above par.Sadly, I don't have any pictures of the delicious display of his creations but suffice to say, the taste was great, the meats were prepared to perfection and the sauces which accompanied the entrees were very delicious as well.I was a guest at a year end company party and didn't want to hold up the line by taking picturesSo reader! Use your imagination to a nice display of prime rib, sliced for individual service, 14/20 shrimp scampi style, roast chicken with a sweet hoisin sauce, truffle deviled egg appetizer, hamachi carpaccio and much more. If you are ever in need of a caterer, Kuoha is the one to contact!

We hired Chef Ed for my mother-in-law's birthday party, and it was fantastic. He worked with us to design a menu, accommodated our (many) requests, and dropped off the food on time, even helping to set up the outdoor buffet. I loved that he brought little cards to describe the food too! BTW, we really loved the drop off option, it was the right level of casual that we were looking for.And omg, was the food ever good! We got so many compliments (and unjustly felt like heroes, when Chef Ed did all the work) from our guests on how much they loved all the items. EVERYTHING was fantastic. We had the bruschetta, mashed potatoes (which were more of a potato puree, sooooo good!), roasted corn, roasted asparagus, roasted striploin (my personal fave!), cauliflower steaks, and fish (second fave!). Chef Ed also did little individual desserts, we had a chocolate peanut butter mousse, and a creme brulee tart.All for what was a very reasonable price when compared to our eat-out options. Top-tier restaurant food that we enjoyed in casual clothes at a reasonable price? We'll definitely be calling him up again.The only downside (if you can call it that) is that he's so great he does get booked up early. Fortunately for us, we started planning early. Chef Ed was very responsive and very patient with us too. Thanks again!

Chef Ed catering is top tier! We had him cater for around 20 headcount for our post wedding ceremony. We were unsure of exactly what we wanted but provided a few ideas. He quickly made a menu for us that worked perfectly fine for us. Everyone couldn't stop talking about how everything was so delicious. He was so easy to communicate with and responded so fast through email or text. Will def recommend Chef Ed for any event. He was on time for the drop off catering as well and even set up all the food himself with beautiful food tags. He works with your budget and provides excellent quality food and service. Thank you Kuoaha Culinary, you've made my experience in Hawaii so much better.

Sarah is the ultimate "best-est" bartender.Very experienced and great service and her signature cocktails were a hit at my FriendsGiving house party. She took care of every details and was excellent with her prep work, she made my bar look festive and she never nickled and dimed me with every little thing that she graciously provided on her own.Very professional, awesome attitude and very reasonable! My guests loved her!I'd definitely hire them again!

Chef Ed was amazing! He communicated right away with calls and emails, arrived on time, and set out a very delicious and impressive meal. His ingredients were very high quality and beauifully presented. Everyone present loved his food. We highly recommend him for any event you are hosting.

Chef Ed catered a ceremony this past Friday. Maybe around 200 guests or so. Every single one of them had rave reviews of the food. His staff was also top notch. Would definitely call him again.
