It's been a long time since I've been here, I came right when they opened up at 8:30 AM, and was second person in line. The front staff was nice and ask if I came here before and I said "years ago ". Lol so I gave my information with ID and insurance card. Then wait about 15 min to get called in and the lady was nice as asking me question . Like what am I here for, I said eye infection. Then got into another room right after. Met a nice nurse practitioner, Brindy. She evaluate my eyes and ask questions . Then tells me what she will prescribe. So she will send my prescription over to the pharmacy. She's super nice and very professional. This totally made my day. Will be coming back if needed.

This is the only urgent care I go to. I only go here when I have a gout flare up because it's the only place that gives me the 2 shots. A pain killer and steroid. I've had bad experiences in the past where I go in at opening just to wait hours because the doctor was running late but because they're the only urgent care I've been to that gives me the shots, I keep finding myself going back to them. I've never had issues with the staff as a whole. The nurses and everyone at the front desk always helps me right away and I get seen and taken care of as soon as possible. Only few times I would wait hours because of different reasons like the doctor running late. Like I said, this is the only urgent care I keep going back to but I have reasons for it. Anything medical wise... it's always really dependent on your needs so I can't recommend to here or not to go here. I say try it and see for yourself.

VERY POOR SERVICE from front workers and nurses, HORRIBLE CARE QUALITY, NON QUALIFIED WORKERS! THEY TURNED OFF THE LIGHTS WHILE IM SITTING IN THE WAITING ROOM with another customer AND YELLED AT ME TO GO OUTSIDE late at night in the dark CAUSE MY PHONE WAS TOO LOUD, wtf! They were all so rude whoever worked today May 28 Pm shift needs to do better! The Doctor and the pretty nurse that's USUALLY there is great. Today was the worse experience, 3 different rooms, Seen 6 people who came after me leave before me. They continued to lie and be VERY RUDE. Chris was a nurse that told my husband he NEEDED to sit in the waiting area instead of OUTSIDE bc he smelt & came from work smh.

Been here three times, I never waited for more than 20 min to be seen on a weekday afternoon (3-4pm) even with all my kids being seen at once. There's usually about 3 individuals ahead of me when I sign in. Registration is easy, just a few forms for new patients.They take QUEST and is a part of the Queen's health network. Staff is wonderful, caring, supportive, from the medical assistants to the nurse practitioner and to the main doctor. Highly recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE. Went in because my asthma was acting up, and this was the only place open that had a nebulizer on site. I was born with asthma, so I know my way around treatments. Doctor refused me and was a pompous jerk. Said my lungs sound fine and I don't need treatment, then sold me a flu and covid test. Total bill before insurance was $805.25... for a covid and flu test. They also charged me a new patient fee. I have been here before. One person said they charge the fee if you havenʻt been back in 3 years, another said 6 years, and the billing lady told me that the fee wasn't on my bill at all. None of this was explained upon check-in. New Patient fee was $331. This place is an absolute SCAM you're better off going to the ER.

Friendly staff & Quick service. We always come here whenever we need to be seen by a doctor since our PCP closes at 4PM and is sometimes hard to get an appointment with. The wait time is only less than 15 minutes to get into a room and then 20 minutes for test results (COVID, flu, strep). Once the results come in, they ask if we need a doctors note and prescribe medicine, then send us out on our way. I would definitely recommend this place.

If its busy just go somewhere else. I was waiting almost 2 hours before being called in by the nurse. Then they had me give a urine sample and left me in the room for another hour. When i asked what was going on the lady said they were waiting for my test results. Would've been nice to get a heads up letting me know the wait time. Kept waiting....peeked out the room again and asked a different woman if i was forgotten about. She said no dr is making his rounds. It was actually unbelievable.

I've been to this Urgent Care several times & I usually have a pleasant experience. Tonight I rushed there because my son has a potential ear infection. I call to listen to the recording to see what time they take their last registration. The phone recording says 6:30 pm. I get there right at 6:30 pm & the door is locked. The male receptionist comes to the door & says that they're closed. I tell him that the phone recording says otherwise. He said, "yeah it just hasn't been updated. We're closed." That was so unprofessional & the fact that he knew that the phone recording was old, yet was not apologetic was ridiculous.

Definitely do not recommend coming to this urgent care. Waited in the waiting room for over an hour. Told them I wanted to get a test for the flu. Took Me&my son in a room @11am, they swabbed my nose and they said it would take 20minutes for the test results to come back, and it took over an hour to get the results back. They don't take care of their patients needs ASAP. Do not go there unless you plan to be in that office for over 2hours freezing

Convenience of location - it's in my neighborhood. Office and care experience: the doctor wasn't present when they opened for business, running late is the excuse. Obviouly it is not setup for a smooth, flowing healthcare treatment practice.Does this business care or is it just taking advantage of people. At least with ER we know what to expect. I though this would better.Staff was good on taking in patients but 2nd one in line today and waited over 1 hour from opening time for doctor.Try a different location to compare services if possible.
