Nothing to complain here! They were located downstairs of our hotel so it was quick to just grab a cold drink before heading out for the day. They literally have everything and anything you may need. From towels, cold drinks, shot glasses, alcohol, cigarettes, snacks, and all the nick knacks in between. And may I add, for reasonable prices!

The market is located inside the hotel. Staff was nice to me all the 3-4 times I was here.Parking is dependent on the day of the week and/or the season. You have to park in the hotel's valet parking or you can park somewhere nearby. This place has the most common items like any other Ku'ai market around the area. If you have come to one, you probally know exactly what they have.I was looking for Pepto Bismol at 7AM in the morning and glad this place was carrying it. The price is pretty decent for Hawaii price. I was expecting the price to be a lot more since it's located in a touristy place. The staff will help you out if you don't know where things are or are looking for something you can't find. They are supper helpful.

With just the right amount of things you need at reasonable prices, this is a very convenient option if staying at the Outrigger Waikiki! It's located on the lower lobby before you reach the main entrance.

I went in here looking for some sunblock and it was extremely marked up. I'm talking $18-20 for a can of Sunblock. If you have more money than brains, I'd say go for it. If you're a bit smarter, take 5 minute walk across the street to the ABC store. $12 for sunblock there.I can't say there's anything worth getting here, except maybe Booze! Grossly over priced!

Just another snack convenience store located in the Ohana Waikiki East hotel (street level). Real small, but items on the shelf look like they were bought at costco and put onto the shelves for display. Some items are cheap, and some are more expensive than they should be.

If you are looking to shop for more than an item or two of last minute or "emergency" stuff, then walk to the corner and cross the street to the ABC Store. Of course, you can expect most every item to be marked up. Ku'ai after all, is located inside a hotel. The convenience store carries everything from toiletries to beverages to snacks to souvenirs. They also sell some fruit and pre-made sandwiches. It is convenient to have a store that stays open late when you need something without having to take more than an elevator ride!

Convenience store in the Outrigger Reef. I got an umbrella here. Kind of overpriced, but otherwise fine. It's surprising that it's not an ABC store. There's one of those on almost every block. This must be the lone hold-out. You can get reef-safe sunscreen here, but it won't be the cheapest option. Other convenience stores usually charge less. You can even get it at Target or other retailers before visiting--look for the ones with zinc oxide as the only active ingredient.

What a shitty store. Items are extremely overpriced that it's ridiculous. Use your brains and take a walk to another store. I just bought me bottle water and the cashier didn't seem happy to be there. Not going there ever again .
