Thanks Calico for the great and quick service! He delivered and set it up quickly which saved the day because we had a very rude and entitled person at first. The first person just left after finding out the old bed wasn't cleared out yet and was very disrespectful and rude to my dad. Clearing out the bed only took us three minutes. But thank you so much Calico for redeeming the bad service we had at first.

Calico just delivered a portable oxygen tank to our home. At my request he reviewed the procedure to set it up as this is still new to us. He is extremely polite and patient. To answer my questions about other equipment he quickly placed a call to the main office and got an explanation. His manner and happy demeanor tell me he likes working and likes his job.

This is a good company. We have used them for equipment rental over the last 3 years and their prices are fair and their service has been good. I have a contract with them for 3 locations and they have provided mostly electric hospital beds, specialty mattresses and oxygen concentrators but they have all kinds of things including wheel chairs and walkers for rent. Their products have been good quality and their billing system works well. They have been a good partner and would recommend them to any other care facilities or care homes.

What kind of company allows their delivery driver to drop off a bed table, and leaves it with a 67 year old care giver for them to carry up a flight of 6 steps for their loved one. At first this company was good and friendly, then as we required more items, things started to change and they changed the delivery driver. This person is representing the company and how they feel about those that they serve. What if I fell while carrying the awkward table up the stairs. Isn't it their job to deliver all equipment into the home?I'm happy that we changed the hospice (who was just as bad as the equipment company) and now have a more responsible and reliable company to deal with. I'm sorry for those of you that are stuck with this company. Maybe this rating will be a wakeup call for them to train their people on how to treat those of us caregivers that have enough to deal with rather than carrying a bed table up a flight of stairs.

We needed equipment for my mother in law for hospice care. LEXUS was the person who brought the equipment to our house. He was personable, friendly and took tome to walk us through the on how to handle the equipment. His professionalism and manner impressed my wife and I. He was a bright spot in a dark time for us. Because of Lexus, I have no problem recommending Kokua Medical for anything you require for home nursing.
