To say that I have been a loyal customer of Kobe Jewelry for years would be an understatement! Joe and Michelle have been in the jewelry business for decades and their knowledge and attention to detail, friendly customer service, and of course their beautiful pieces keep me coming back year after year. They have an amazing selection of tastefully curated jewelry with something to satisfy any budget. I've been nagging my other half about picking out something *sparkly* for me, and when he mentioned paying a visit to Joe, I couldn't have been more pleased! (I trained him well LOL) Kobe jewelry has a lifetime customer right here!

We were on a girls' trip celebrating my sister-in-love's 60th birthday.We were walking in the mall when we saw Kobe Jewelry.They had such beautiful pieces of jewelry and while there were several beautiful items, the one that caught our eyes was a diamond butterfly ring.Our recently deceased mother LOVED butterflies and so this one of a kind ring held a lot of significance.Not only was this a wonderful purchase, but Joe and his staff made the shopping experience amazing.They are very kind, warm and knowledgeable people and reasonable with their prices.They went above and beyond our expectations.We will certainly plan on seeing them whenever we visit Hawaii again!

I would never waste my money on buying something from this jewelry place. If I could I would literally give them zero stars!! Horrible place. The person that works there or maybe he's the owner is so rude and when I walked in he was cutting his nails. So unprofessional, rude and disgusting. Don't waste your money, go somewhere else.

If I could give a 0 stars I would. The worker was rude and tried to scam my family out of "exclusive" pandora charms. My sister works at Pandora and has all of them in the states. Also has retired charms that are on sale at their original full price. "All sales final" because people realize they got scammed after. Also had a promo in the window and said it didn't work anymore. Liar.

Very large selection of Pandora charms (Hawaii charms; rare charms) ...soooo many to choose from! I had such a hard time deciding which ones to choose. In my opinion this shop has a better variety than the Pandora stores. The woman working was very patient and kind. Plus the shop carries lots of other beautiful jewelry.

We stopped by the store on our way out of the Royal Hawaiian because we were immediately captivated by the jewelry. The store owners were so kind, friendly, and welcoming that we stayed and studied some of their rings. We purchased two and were so grateful that the store was so well maintained and operated. The owners are so friendly, polite, and an amazing representation of the Hawaiian culture. If you're looking to buy your loved one a piece of jewelry, please visit this store because it is a piece of Obama you'll remember forever!

Joe was such sweet, & kind soul! Very friendly and helpful with our purchase. So glad we found this place during our visit. My boyfriend bought a vintage pearl ring from joe to give to me and it couldn't be more perfect! Every ring I've ever tried on from most jewelry places, they're either too small or too big, and lucky enough the first pearl ring I tried on made by Joe fits so perfectly! We knew it was the one. The ring was designed and made by Joe 30 years ago so it's very vintage (which I love). I'm so happy we came across this place and the owners are so lovely and so sweet! We will be coming back!

The owners were very sweet and let us try on the jewelry and helped us by giving their opinions on what looked best for us! They were really honestly and accommodating for all the changes we made, and even waited for us when we asked for a few days to think about purchasing! Their jewelry is beautiful and perfect for Hawaii!

Joe was wonderful helping me design a new bracelet to match the one I have for my daughter already. He even repaired a traditional Hawaiian bracelet I've had since I was a child.
