Koa Nani

Been working on building my stackable ring collection and was on the lookout for a Hawaiian etched ring to go with the set I've been wearing, but in no hurry. On a whim, while strolling down Kalakaua, decided to browse Koa Nani. Visited once before when this store was located in Royal Hawaiian Center. They have a wide selection on bands to choose from. Mentioned what I was searching for and they were very helpful in providing recommendations. Not pushy at all. At the end, I found my ring. Yellow gold band with etching and diamonds. Hubs ended up buying it for me for my birthday. It's a great addition to my set.

This is the only jewelry store I go to in Hawai'i! The staff are friendly and made me feel very comfortable when choosing. I needed to fix my pinky ring, and they fixed it perfectly how I wanted! I walked in on a whim as i've been searching for rose gold jewelry at Waikiki. Once entering I was greeting immediately by kind staff. They attended to my every need and helped me chose the perfect necklace. I am glad I came out with a beautiful necklace.

This is our go to jewelry store in Hawaii. Yuka & Junko have both given us outstanding service. They are both patience, easy to work with, and fun! We have shopped here & made numerous purchases over the past 5 years but most recently bought a wedding ring and wedding band. We probably made about 8 trips in & out of the store in one day and may have been a bit annoying or at the very least...we took up a lot of their time!Both Yuka & Junko were amazing and made we purchased just the right rings! They were sized in less than 2 days & ready to pick up before we left for Maui. Thank you! We will never forget you & we will always be loyal customers.

This is a stunning, awesome local business. Their jewelry is super nice, to the point of being RITZY. I mean, buying something here, you're gonna drop a bit of cash. They have beautiful rings, bracelets, and other jewelry that has a definitely "Hawaiian feel" to it. They have different styles of gold, in a few different colors, including my favorite (rose gold). They also have some jewelry that integrates KOA wood, which is just amazing.We went in, and Melanie greeted us, and was very polite. We were looking for a Koa wood ring for Alexi, and she was prompt, sweet, and very helpful. The rings that he tried on were all diamond encrusted, which he wasn't really into, so we didn't end up getting anything, but the selection was cool. (Uh, and because it was expensive, LOL.)I browsed around the bracelets as well, inquiring as to whether they they had some that closed all the way, or just the "bangle type" they had. Melanie explained that they have those types of bracelets "made to order," and that they would size for that, and then have them made special. :-)This is a cool place to browse, but seriously, it is PRICEY. If you're thinking about going in to look, feel free, and they are super nice to you and don't treat you badly if you don't buy anything. If you can easily drop a couple of grand on jewelry, or want something extremely special, this place is really nice, and you'll love the high level of service, as well as the classy jewelry.I know that I keep saying it's expensive, but I just don't want people to go in and then be sad because it's too expensive. If you expect it right off the bat, then it's cool, ya know? (I mean, the girl put GLOVES ON to handle the gorgeous jewelry! Who does that?)I'd recommend this place if you want a "Hawaiian" heritage-type piece, and can afford it. Did I mention that, in my opinion, it's expensive?

Bought an engagement ring and a wedding band but they were both defective.When the customized engagement ring was made, I tried it on and it was awfully loose. The shop staff said "Hmm? I wonder why???" I freaked out thinking I made a mistake when ordering, but later it turned out that the factory made it in the wrong size. Surprised that the shop staff did not even check the size before handing it over. Had to make it all over again.After receiving the wedding band which had a row of 13 diamonds, the 2 diamond pieces in the center fell off. I panicked again and went to the shop staff. She said, "Did you bump it anywhere?" I was shocked because I treated it very carefully and only wore it a few times. Although I have been thinking it was odd that the diamonds were not in a perfect straight line but it looked a little crooked, but I had no idea the diamonds would fall off so easily!! And then they ordered a different vendor to add 2 new diamonds in the hollow space, but those 2 diamonds looked very dull as opposed to all the other diamonds which sparkled. I even wondered if they switched to Zirconia instead of real diamonds. I asked them to re-do it again. It was obvious that the 2 pieces were different. I wondered why the shop staff didn't bother to check before handing it to me. They helped us solve the problems, but we had to go there again and again and it ended up taking more than 3 months. Now I check everyday if the diamonds are missing. However, I'm still giving them 2 stars because they gave us the 2 diamonds for free which was good service. My friend bought from another store and her diamond fell off and went missing like mine did, but they made her pay for the additional diamond. (Which I think is odd because it is their fault for not fixing the diamonds securely)

Koa Rings, Necklaces, and lots of styles of jewelry. Amazing Luxury Hawaiian Jewelry. Jewelry designer Brian Hee delivers the "Island' creation which is a motif of Hawaii's flora and sea animals featuring metals like gold, silver, platinum and koa wood. They also have a very cool line of "Island Pear" using South Sea pearls which would look beautiful on any woman.
