Went to the Shift Culture event last night at Villa Elizabeth. It was very nice and such a great venue. There was a place for performers to entertain the crowd. It was Shift Cultures first event and it was a success. There were women ed owned businesses and they offered treatments so we women can own our inner Goddess! I can see why this place is great for intimate weddings, women's retreats, corporate events and fundraisers!

Update 09/06: 71 days after my event and I finally received my deposit check. I had requested (which turned into a demand for the extreme inconvenience this whole process was) that I get refunded my entire deposit because they were deducting our aisle rental which is a personal expense for Tommy, not apart of the venue. This is when he said the check was already in the mail which I think was his excuse so he didn't have to send the full amount. He also said it was sent to the wrong address which doesn't make sense because my address was clearly written on our contract. Excuses after excuses. Regardless, if he tried to make it right for being 57 days late and refunded me for the full amount, I would be nicer with this review. Instead, I'll proudly take the $750 hit just so I can warn everyone and anyone to be wary booking this place and dealing with booking through Thomas and getting your deposit back. Personally and obviously, I wouldn't recommend this venue strictly because of the business side of it. BEWARE!

Villa Elizabeth in the kathy ireland Weddings & Resorts Property portfolio is the crown jewel of Kal Highway. Unlike any other location on the island. Calm ocean waves, perfect breeze, incredibly thoughtful staff and absolutely breathtaking views. Villa is a world of its own. Cannot recommend enough. Magnificent.

I am a wedding planner based in Orange County CA and Japan. I have coordinated some weddings here for my clients who live in Japan And the venue, location, staffs...made them just happy!!!All of our staffs just love this property. I want to rate more than 10 stars!!!!

We had our wedding reception at Villa Elizabeth. The venue is gorgeous. The parking as advertised is a nightmare. We planned for that. What we didn't plan for was the grounds team having sprinklers timed to go off an hour into our lawn reception. The tables were sprayed with water and the onsite manager was comfortably hidden away watching a movie. It took about 15 mins to find him. By then the lawn was sufficiently water logged, the tables soaked, the table clothes wet, and center peices that had been carefully constructed onsite destroyed. Many of our guests ended up leaving becuase their dresses or pants were wet. After contacting the site manager he never responded, never apologized, never even acknowledged. I was already in high stress mode and to be honest while it didn't ruin the night for most the guests it ruined about 90 minutes of a 3 hour event for me, the person who should have been celebrating. I can't explain how frustrating it is to work with someone who has no communication skills. Today 31 days after our wedding we got the deposit check back. Not even a note. I doubt very much anyone else will have this sprinkler mishap at their event but trust me when I say just knowing that no one is there to support you will stress you out and really kills the mood. Beware this venue is not professionally managed. No doubt he will say that its because we didn't have a wedding planner and wouldn't that just be the case, had we played his game and booked his buddy the wedding planner we sure could have magically had the sprinklers timer turned off in advance.

Being on a main road may deter some people from renting this house but I promise it's a sanctuary right on the water. We had the most enjoyable time! We relaxed by the pool, took the paddle boats out into the peaceful cove, enjoyed kayaking out to the wave break and prepared our breakfast and dinners in the well equipped kitchen. This house comes with 5 bed rooms, one of them has 2 full beds, all others have king beds. We so enjoyed being on this side of the island, we usually stay in Ko'Olina. It's very close to night life, shopping and famous beaches. The view is spectacular...anytime of day! Definitely a gem.

What a beautiful serene setting. The views are simply out of this world. The pools add to the stay and atmosphere of this wonderful home. From the pool to the ocean. Couldn't ask for more!

To say this place is amazing would be an understatement. It is so beautiful and the location is so convenient and close to stores, beach, and highway. The view is exceptional and the beach is literally in the backyard what more could you ask for. Thank you!

It's been two weeks since our visit so my review isn't tainted by the newness. When walking thru the front door my first thought was 'wow' then the big smile on my heart came. I brought my family with me to share a place I'd only seen pictures of. They're upgrading many things, but no construction mess was around. A few minor things would be the only way one could tell.The location is wonderful, the ocean bay backyard came with a kayak and 2 SUP boards during our visit. We used both when not venturing around the island. Thomas and Albert were very friendly ad easy to make arrangements with and very responsive.We hope to be able to come back to this place in the future.Mahalo Thomas and Albert!

I travel often for work, and have enjoyed some of Nature's most magnificent landscapes, sunsets, and ocean views in the world or so I thought. It's one thing to gaze from afar, my stay at Villa Elizabeth was as if, these moments of serene bliss were ordered daily just for me. Moments so captivating they would easily make-up for any short-coming in hospitality, and accommodations, of which there were none. Mr. Meharery seem to appear just when there was a question and disappear like the wind. I highly recommend Villa Elizabeth as the perfect place to get-a-way and experience the best of the best!
