Located in the Marie Savio bldg on Kaahumanu St in suite 315. It's difficult to reach anyone by phone so recommend using MyChart for any correspondence. Dr. Ranola shared an office with two other physicians. Front desk help Jocelyn is efficient and friend. Dr. Ranola's MA Mara is a ray of sunshine. She's friendly, thoughtful and efficient. Dr. Ranola herself is exceptional. Kind, thoughtful and not quick to disregard your complaints or quick to over prescribe. Definitely a keeper.

Sadly as good as Dr Ranola is she has left the state of Hawaii. I wasn't informed of her leaving I only found out when I tried to make an appointment. I wish her the best but now to find another Dr without having to wait 4-6 months.

Was looking for a primary care doctor, came across Dr. Ranola because I thought she was also part of women's health as stated on HMSA website. In the doctors appointment, to me was a waste of time, she basically told me that I had to see another doctor and to do my own research and to let her know which doctor I want so she can send a message to them. She didn't recommend any doctors and elongated the appointment since she couldn't help me and when I got my bill, she charged me for a 45+ appointment along with things she didn't do. DO NOT GO TO HER!

As a lifelong Kaiser member, I was devastated when I discovered my new employer did not offer their coverage. I procrastinated in finding another PCP but when I recently discovered a potential health issue, I set up my first visit with Dr. Kathleen Ranola through the Queen's Healthcare systems. She and her staff are AMAZING.Jocelyn, the receptionist was so nurturing in helping me secure my first visit. She was efficient, responsive and precise in providing me details on where to go and what to do.Janet, the Medical Assistant was just lovely. She was friendly and patient, asking me those uncomfortable "first visit" questions in a way that was comfortable and supportive. She immediately made me feel at ease there.Dr. Ranola was simply wonderful. She was attentive and kind and seemed genuinely interested in my well being and health. She ordered those annual (not fun) visits and just seems to be everything one could hope for from a PCP. I am feeling so relieved after my visit and look forward to her guiding me on any health issues I may encounter as I age.Her office is conveniently located in the Mary Savio building on Kaahumanu street in Aiea/Pearl City. The parking is easy to maneuver through and the building is clean and welcoming. Her exam rooms are also clean and comfortable and the whole experience was really was just so pleasant.Thank you Dr. Ranola and staff for your care!

I normally don't ever leave reviews but this place waisted my time, I had a scheduled appointment with this dr, they called the day of to reschedule me--mind you I had to wait over 5 weeks to get an appointment. So I ended up rescheduling per their request so--I waited over a month again! The day of my rescheduled appointment I show up 15min before my appointment time. Because I wasn't 30min early I was then asked again to reschedule!?? And would have to wait another month! Oh and I already sent in all paper prior to scheduled appointment.
