Kasian Kreations

Simply my newest favorite find on this year's trip to the island. I was looking for a meal I could bring back to the family at the hotel since it was getting late and past our kid's bedtime. I couldn't resist seeing on Yelp these large potions of garlic noodles and cajun shrimp and I had to find out if these pictures were as good as they looked. On a Friday night, I was surprised how there was no crowd in this small lot but I didn't let that deter me from ordering. There were so many things on their menu I wanted to try but the friendly couple at the window helped me with suggestions and assured me that I was getting a home-cooked meal. The Surf and Turf immediately caught my eye, 2 scoops of rice, rib eye steak, 5 pieces of shrimp, and mac salad and I opted for the cream of mushroom gravy. The plate is enough for two people but you also have to ask yourself, do you want to share all this goodness? The rib eye was cooked to perfection, medium-rare and ultra tender and juicy, good with and without the gravy. The shrimp was large, crisp, and seasoned well(Giovanni's who?), --also thanks for keeping the shrimp head on. My wife and I absolutely loved this plate. Next time, I have to try it with the bacon fried rice. I also regret not ordering a second tray of food to try more things. I love finding places like this on my own and highly recommend trying Kasian Kreations. This is a spot I look forward to returning to on my next visit to the island.

Five stars for their shrimp especially their cajun butter one. They leave on the best part of the head and the sauce is so good.The Mac salad wasn't the best.Mochiko chicken was well received I just didn't like it as much cuz it had a stronger ginger taste than most places. I'm not a big fan of ginger. I enjoyed the atmosphere over there but I know they are moving to a different location. Well wherever they move to next I'll be there to get their shrimp again

There's something about outdoor dining that livens up the atmosphere. But, it's the food that needs to shine. And Kasian Kreations certainly has the energy to sparkle in this dimly lit world that we live in. However, the patio lights also helps to so that you can see the texture and color of a well prepared dish!!!We were greeted with a smile by the most important member of the creative team, Kelly. She immediately engaged us in conversation, gave suggestions and was very efficient in her specialty, helping us to prepare ourselves to be "Wowed"!!!My son, who must be a regular (he was the one that recommended Kasian Kreations) was immediately recognized by Kelly. Kelly was so busy, yet she took the time to convey her appreciation for us to be there. I could tell that she was the brain to this team operation. The menu had pictures to help you to decide which meal to try. If I could, I would have one of each. And I was not disappointed with the Kalbi and Garlic Shrimp plate. See picture. Full of flavor, I went with the garlic butter shrimp and it was a perfect balance of flavor and texture, well made making me want more. The Mac salad was also unique, with great flavor and not overly mayonnaised.Hats off to David the heart of the operation!!! He alone creates and cooks all the orders from scratch, so, please have patience and you will be rewarded. Parking is limited. And there are many picnic tables available so it's a good place for large parties. Kasian Kreations is truly a wonderful blend of hard work, determination and love for satisfying food that I do not hesitate to recommend. By the way, catering services are also available too!!! The

Kasian Kreations surf n turf, lamb chops and garlic shrimp plates were awesome! So tasty and very generous portions. On another night we had Pani Popo and a chocolate ono dessert. But now they aren't in that parking lot. Must have to call to find out where they moved to. It's totally worth seeking.

Amazing service and delicious food! Love the amount of shrimp we got, they were huge and delicious. Enough to feed two or save for leftovers!

Ordered us two plates of shrimp and steak while on vacation. One medium rare and one medium. While both tasted fine, the steaks were both cooked the same way & were overdone. They were on the thin side and not as juicy as I'd hoped. Nice couple runs the stand but it can be difficult to find with little parking.

I love their food! They have the garlic sauce down!! Make a phone order as they take a little while to make the food. Definitely worth the wait though! I really like their cream sauce so ʻono!

Food is so good that it makes you need a bed after. Stop by their new location on kapiolani blvd. Parked in front of YOAS, and across from market city. Service is great as well. The steak was cooked perfectly medium-rare. The shrimps are huge and have a good crunch to them. The lamb chops over garlic noodles are also delicious. The portions are big so my husband and I shared. I highly recommend if you're in the area !

Let's keep it short and sweet. I went here two days straight with a friend and let me tell you it was bomb. I am surprised this business does not have more reviews. The owner of the business is awesome, he's so nice and very personable. We met his mom one of the nights and she was nice too.The food was great both days. My favorite would be the surf and turf. The portions in my opinion was huge. I usually eat for two people(lol).. That's how big my appetite is but, both days I had to portion my food into two meals. Overall, great experience and great food. Thank you D. Totally recommend coming here if you're in Oahu!! You won't be disappointed

I CANNOT BELIEVE this cute little spot doesn't have more reviews! The owner, David, is super kind and friendly. The food was phenomenal. I mean, the biggest portion of steak cooked to perfection and seasoned well + the best Mac salad I've ever had... what's not to love?! David even went out of his way to find me sriracha when I asked for it even though he does not typically have it on hand. We are only visiting the area for a couple days but we will DEFINITELY be back at least one more time because it was that good. I'm going to try the soft shell crab sandwich next! There are benches to sit and eat at. BYOB! (Beer/wine ok, not sure about liquor)Amazing food and hospitality. GO HERE YOU WONT REGRET IT.
