Mitzi, shop owner, is the kindest, sweetest lady. Her shop is located in Kapolei between the library and police station nearest Haumea st. She's a few doors down from the Post office. She sells an assortment of drinks, snacks, popcorn, slurpees, and even makes little bentos like mixed veggies, breakfast bentos. She also makes the best musubis. If you're in the area and need some munchies, definitely make a stop to see her.

Located next to the Kapolei post office, Kapolei Mini Mart (or as we like the call it, "The Little Store"), is a great place for on-the-go snacks such as hot dogs, musubi and the best: HURRICANE POPCORN!The owner is very nice and friendly. FYI she takes cash or card (for minimum purchases over $5!)There are other little snacks and goodies here. She also has little packs of Tylenol or Benadryl for sale if you ever need. As of now, her hours are 7:00am-4:30pm. With the current COVID-19 situation, she is trying to stay as open as long as possible...Cheers to Kapolei Mini Mart, home of the best popcorn and snacks in town!! Thank you for being open when other businesses around us are starting to temporarily close...

Convenient little store for snacks and drinks. They have a few things to choose from for a quick lunch, but the highlight for me is the POPCORN! Popcorn can be ordered Plain or Hurricane style. Hurricane style includes butter, furikake, and Mochi crunch. The Small size is around $3.50 and is more than enough for me! But I occasionally order the X-large for party favors or for the movie theaters. Others have done the same because on some days she has a list of names and orders of huge popcorn bags all lined up on her counter. ^.^(I honestly think that her Hurricane popcorn is way better (and cheaper!) than movie theater popcorn). Try it for yourself!!

Located near the Kapolei post office and in the Bankoh building area, the only time I come to this store is when I work on weekdays and it's conveniently located near my workplace. I have to say, because they're closer than 7-Eleven and Zippy's across the street, I'm willing to buy food and drinks here, even though there aren't a wide variety to choose from.I do like their bubble drinks here. They're the cheapest I've come across: $3! Seriously can't go wrong with that price. There's many flavors, but I always opt for the milk tea. French vanilla cappuccino is next on my list. Best thing I like about these drinks is that you can have them blended with or without boba. Then, there's the few Filipino food offered. I always get either the beef or vegetable lumpia at $2/bag and they come with vinegar or chili sauce of your choice. Very yummy and don't forget to ask for it heated!Since this business is more of a convenience store, there are mostly snacks or food for the go. From popcorn, pizza, and even little household items. There's usually an older Filipino lady that manages the store by herself, but today, there was someone different.Overall, this is definitely a very convenient store if you're ever in this area. Forgot to mention, they're only open on weekdays & if you use debit/credit, a $1 charge is added to the total!#3/31 Yelps Review Challenge

The Kapolei Mini Mart is conveniently located by office buildings and two schools. Their plate lunches are very affordable but you have to get there quick or call to reserve yourself a plate. It's a great place stop by, I always get their hot dog combo. It's a hotdog, chips, and a drink for under 4 buckaroos! (Haha) they also have popcorn, spam musubi, hot pockets and more!
