I called the day before I needed to book a limo ride for my family. From Cali visiting me on the island. The set up via email & texting was quite impressive! All my questions got answered in a timely manner. The instructions were detailed & simple. I was able to add amenities!!!! You guys rock! I highly recommend Kanoa Transportation. The rates are reasonable & the forms were easy to fill. My Sister & nephews are going to get the surprise of a lifetime. I am on quarantine for 5 more days so I'm sure they will be pleased with the Limo picking them up. CHEE-HU!!!!!

Awesome service!!! Last minute call to Kanoa to rent this limo. They were super accommodating for such a last minute request!! and super helpful in helping us get the decorations done. Would definitely recommend and will use again if we ever need a limo! Yvonne was super nice and actually video taped and took pictures of our daughters ceremony!!! Her stuff was actually better than ours lol!! AWESOME SERVICE!!

My sister arranged for a beautiful white stretch limo to pick us up from the airport. It was a luxurious ride complete with chilled champagne & a box of chocolate. When the driver greeted us he gave each of us a beautiful lei and he was prompt, polite & very accommodating. The air conditioned limo was spacious, clean & sanitized to prevent the spread of Covid 19. It was such a lavish surprise!

We've been using Kanoa for our airport transfers for years. Excellent communication. Even on short notice, we have been well taken care of. We will continue to recommend Brent and company when our friends and family are looking for transportation needs in Honolulu

We used Kanoa Transportation twice for our vacation trip. Made the reservation a couple of weeks prior, spoke to the owner, Brenten, very professional and friendly. Showed up with his black luxury SUV, he was 10 minites early and we were very pleased with the service. On our return trip our flight were delayed more than 5 hours and surprisingly Brenten were waiting for us at the airport and greeted us with bottle waters. Excellent service! Highly recommended! I prepaid $150 for airport baggage claim pick up for my senior parents so that they would have no issue with transportation when they landed for their relaxing vacation. To make them feel special, I paid extra to have them met at baggage claim to help carry their luggage and to be greeted with leis. I even prepaid the tip so everything was taken care of. The day before they were supposed to land, I called ahead and talked to someone in the office to confirm the time they were to be picked up. Their flight arrived early, so I called ahead to make sure a driver had been sent. To my surprise, they determined that since the flight number was incorrect they would not contact me (the # given to contact) but instead just not send a driver at all. AFTER I HAD CONFIRMED THE PICKUP TIME 24 HOURS PRIOR. Instead they left my parents out of their comfort zone and out on the curb. Don't trust this company to drive you, your family, or your friends, you'll have to spend money on a taxi instead and will receive no refund -- not even for the extras or the prepaid tip, guaranteed to stress you out when you're trying to enjoy well deserved relaxation.

We had the pleasure of using this ride service this morning as we were 4 people with a mountain of luggage. From start to finish, it was a very easy and headache free experience. When I first booked with Kanoa Transportation, I had a very lolo moment by forgetting to count myself as one of the passengers. I reached out to them via email to correct my mistake and was promptly helped and the number of passagengers was corrected. This morning, about an hour before pickup, I was contacted by our driver Linh introducing himself. I told him where the pickup was, as we were being picked up at our condo. Linh promptly texted back and showed up right on time. He packed up all our bags himself, offered us some water from a cooler, and got us to the airport in short order. The vehicle was a Caddie SUV and was incredibly comfortable. If you know how the roads are here, we barely felt anything on the drive over and commented on how smooth the whole transfer was. Linh was very friendly and he played an easy listening playlist that we enjoyed. I'm back in September and plan on using their service again if I am unable to get a ride home . Definitely recommend their services.

Beyond glad that I found Kanoa Transportation! Communication and booking was quick and easy with Brenten. My husband and I booked a multi-pick up and drop-off service for one day and everything went so smoothly. Our chauffeur Tran was punctual, friendly, attentive, and he made sure we always had a cold bottle of water when we returned to the car- impressive! We felt very comfortable and taken care of. I would totally use Kanoa Transportation again in the future! Mahalo

I had Kanoa Transportation take my son and I to and from the airport and our resort in Waikiki. I didn't want to have to deal with finding an Uber/Lyft after a long flight and I wanted to make sure we were on time at the airport. Both drivers were precise with directions and noting their pick up points and were both on time. Smooth driving and very helpful with luggage. I will definitely use them if I ever go back to the island. Highly recommend this transfer service!
