Kaneohe Bay Private Charters

Excellent trip. Need to try and book ahead if possible since it is not everyday.Go see the amazing sandbar and shoreline with an experienced guide who grew up there and loves it.A great trip for a family or friends group. I took 9 people total with us, and all loved it.Highly recommended.Mike

Simply an amazing and beautiful day on Kaneohe Bay! Scheduling was easy via phone and email with Kyle. Met him at the harbor- he helped us load the boat with all our stuff bentos, wine, towels, snacks, purses, snorkel gear. Turns out, he had a cooler full of water and juice and snorkel gear for us. Such a laid back, friendly and knowledgeable guy, Kyle made us feel like we were just a bunch of friends hanging out on his boat for the day. Was gift for my mom when she was visiting from NJ. She loved it. Saw coconut island with hundreds of fish, then walked around sandbar, then saw about 20 turtles maybe more and then lunch stop at secret beach (or was it called island) and then past china mans hat. Very special excursion, away from tourists, and I plan on recommending this to all my mainland guests. Made me wish I had a boat but then again I don't know the first thing about maintenance, rules on boating (is that a verb) etc. will just have to make sure to become a regular patron of this business.

Kyle was great!!! I felt a lot better knowing he is also HFD and does rescues as well. (I'm afraid of the ocean.) He took us out on a private charter for my fiance's birthday and wedding gift from me. We went to this spot where there were so many turtles around the boat! My fiance wanted to jump in but he gently said it wouldn't be a good idea as there are tiger sharks in that area. So we stayed on the boat. We went back to the sandbar after lunch for the second time and had a blast.Kyle gave us some snacks and some li-hing oranges and apples which hit the spot after being in the water.Will definitely go with him again!!

Great ride with Capt Kyle in his no frills Boston Whaler. Provided cooler/ Ice. Took us to a private beach for lunch and Chinamans Hat. He found Sea Turtles and a school of Manta Rays which was super cool. Topped the day off by hanging out on the Sandbar which is awesome. Capt Kyle told stories and had alot of great info to share with us. Great guy, see you next time Kyle

Kyle is a great guy. We had booked a trip with him (all done over a couple of emails) but when we met up there was a high surf advisory and he said it may not be a good idea to go out. Very honest guy who cared about safety instead of making a few bucks. He also recommended a few other places to see since we had a few hours free at that point.Would love to go back someday and take the trip with Kyle.

Exploring the sand bar & Kaneohe Bay was what made our recent Oahu trip most memorable! Words cannot describe how awesome our experience was with Kyle. My husband was questionable initially with what I was booking since it was through emails/texts and not through a website with details & a confirmation. However it was clear as Kyle took us to each spot, that he was loving every minute of our trip. Kyle has such a great, laid back personality, and he makes you feel right at home on his boat. My son loved seeing the fish at Coconut Island, and spotting Manta Rays right by the boat,it was such an awesome experience! If you are looking for that luxury boat experience I might suggest looking elsewhere however if you are looking for a non touristy personalized local flavor where you can explore spots even the big tour boats do not go to, please do yourself a favor and book with Kyle!

Kyle took my daughter and I on an absolutely wonderful tour of Kaneohe Bay. We exchanged texts and emails prior to our adventure and asked to fish and snorkel. We caught fish, We saw loads of sea turtles. We snorkeled and saw lots of beautiful fish. Kyle told us about growing up on Kanehoe bay and showed us fish ponds, movie settings and more. This was by far the best part of our trip to Oahu and Kaneohe Bay. I absolutely loved being aboard a small Boston Whaler again. Best small boats in the world! We look forward to returning and seeing Kyle again.....

I took my son, his girlfriend and two of his friends for a day on the bay. We did a little trolling, caught some dinner then hung out at the sandbar for snacks and drinks that we bought along with us. The water at the sandbar was crystal clear and the sand silky smooth.Words cannot describe the views from the bay and sandbar. Some of the most beautiful scenery there is on the Windward side of Oahu. You have to see it for yourself! This was an experience of a lifetime and I am so happy we went with Kaneohe Bay Private Charters. My son said he even wants to go again! lol Captain Kyle is the best boat captain on the bay! He has the true Aloha spirit and his knowledge of the bay was very impressive.

Just getting a chance to write a review of Kyle and his wonderful private boating experience. Such a nice guy willing to make your day whatever you want it to be. My kids wanted to see sea turtles, he knew right where to find them. He had so much information to share if you wanted it, he also was happy to sit back and let you enjoy your time. This guy is the real deal! Lived here my whole life and finally got out on the bay with some out of town friends. I agree with them, best trip EVER!!! This dude knows the bay like no other n showed us things I've never even heard of. Incredible day and showing us so much Aloha! Kalai you are the true example of the Aloha spirit. Thank you so much.
