Kanani Oliveira Wahiawa Hula Studio II

We are enjoying this Halau! It has only been 6 months but our daughter has learned so much. Kumu Kanani is very talented. Mahalo

My granddaughter has been taking hula lessons from Ms Kanani since she was 3 1/2 and today (4/8/2019) marks almost 11 years of lessons. It was easy to see from the very first day Ms Kanani has so much passion in what she does and her desire to share that passion of hula is unmatched. Not only does she share her gift of hula, the Hawaiian language, but she is also a "mom" to these young girls and takes time to talk about other important life topics and these young girls listen out of respect for who she is. I wish this review allowed 10 stars as Ms Kanani would certainly have all 10 in my humble opinion.
