Favorite Ramen Spot every time my Ultimate Comfort Food!Kamitoku Ramen in Kaka'ako is a hidden gem and my go-to for a comforting, flavorful meal. Their beefy wild ramen is rich, silky creme hearty, broth absolutely hits the spot--perfect for when you're craving something warm and satisfying. The boiled dumplings with chili oil add just the right kick, and the kimchi is fresh, tangy, and the perfect side. The space is small and cozy, making it feel like a true ramen joint experience. If you're looking for top-tier beef ramen and amazing flavors, this is the place to be!

This is easily my go to neighborhood ramen spot. It's such a unique spin on traditional flavors (beef instead of pork based broth). It still has genuine ramen flavor just with a twist.I also love the vibe of this place. Fun Japanese pop art, bright colors, neon lights. And the staff is awesome!!! All so nice and helpful with decision paralysis (because everything is so yummy).Fun fact: I went to the Ginza, Tokyo kamitoku and that was a fun experience!

Kamitoku Ramen's broths are jam packed with flavor and have perfect level of spice! I enjoyed the spicy tsukemen and sui gyoza lunch combo. The beef served with the tsukemen was so tender and I loved how thick and al dente the noodles were. If you are a yuzu fan, the sui gyoza is a must! This small and cozy shop has such fun and vibrant decor and music creating a lively atmosphere. Even though the spicy tsukemen is not on the lunch menu, they still made mine spicy. The service was wonderful and there was no wait when I visited. I can't wait to try their tan tan!

This ramen shop in Ward specializes in beef based ramen. Got takeout from here, service was super fast and friendly. The takeout container was neat, kept the noodles and soup separate. I ordered tsukemen (dipping noodles) and was blown away at how flavorful the dipping broth was (beefy, garlicky, umami). The noodles were also perfectly cooked. There was a large chunk of beef with a little bit of fat (yum), some bamboo shoots, and half a marinated egg. My husband tried the yuzu ramen and wasn't impressed. But I'll def be back for the tsukemen!!

I finally got the chance to visit Kamitoku Ramen at Ward Center. This cozy, bustling spot is a gem for ramen lovers, offering a unique twist with their beef bone-based broths. We stopped by on a Friday night, and as expected, the restaurant was busy. Despite the crowd, the service was impressively efficient and friendly. The staff was attentive, making sure our experience was smooth from start to finish.I ordered the Beefy Wild, their creamy beef bone ramen, and it was pure comfort in a bowl. The broth was rich and velvety, with a deep beefy flavor that sets it apart from traditional pork-based ramen. It had just the right balance of creaminess and umami, leaving me savoring every sip.The noodles were cooked to perfection and were firm yet springy, soaking up the delicious broth. Toppings were equally impressive, with tender, melt-in-your-mouth slices of beef that were perfectly seasoned.Though the restaurant is on the smaller side, the ambiance was lively and inviting. It's clear this is a popular spot, but the turnover was quick, so the wait wasn't too long.If you're craving something comforting yet unique, Kamitoku Ramen is a must-try. Highly recommend stopping by for a hearty bowl of ramen that's sure to hit the spot!

Ramen Heaven....Gloomy weather calls for ramen! We wanted to try a new place and remembered this place in Ward! Reasonable prices for high quality food. Hip, trendy place with limited seating. Two seater tables sit very closely to surrounding tables so you can hear other's conversations. Service was upbeat and friendly. Food:+Beef Gyoza Namban ($8.5) +Takoyaki ($10.25)+Beefy Wild Ramen ($16)+Tsukemen ($17) I thoroughly enjoyed each of the appetizers and ramen! They were so delicious! I've never had this type of creamy ramen before. No dairy which is better for my stomach. They emulsify the broth to get it creamy. Full of flavor! The Gyoza had a nice crunch and the nanban sauce complemented the richness of the beef filling. Takoyaki did not disappoint! **2nd Time Visit:+Beefy King ($29.95) - this was a massive portion of ramen! Loaded with veggies and meats. We were able to finish this between 2 people, but our server says usually most people can't finish it. He told us we were the 2nd to ever finish the bowl in a sitting haha! What a great deal and you'll leave stuffed! They do have lunch specials that I hope to come back for. Enjoy!

A lot of my friends always raved to me about the beefy wild bowl, and now I get it. We went on a weekday night and only had to wait a few minutes after writing our names down to be seated. It really is supremely decadent and flavorful, but I actually ended up enjoying the tsukemen more, with perfectly cooked noodles. The dumplings with yuzu were quite refreshing too, and the takoyaki hot and satisfying. The only thing is the portions could have been bigger, but maybe we were just extra hungry that day. Definitely interested to come back to try their lunch specials and others like sisig and fried dumplings!

Lokking forward to eating at Kamitoku Ramen again. They remodeled. It's hipper and more modern/trendy.My wife and I wanted to split something as we were trying to get to the North Shore.Beefy Marina: Marina's twist on the original beef bone broth & the current light shoyu (4/5). Very flavorful but light. My wife and I drank every bit of the soup.I am so happy that this place is still around. We wish you continued success! Come support this local business!
