Kaiser Permanente

I love Kaiser, but this location needs to put in some vending machines. My blood sugar is going low! Glucose tablets or liquid shots do not cut it. Need food! ‍‍‍

Kaiser Permanente West Oahu Medical Office at Kapolei is awesome. This new facility is beautiful and has state of the art equipment. Great hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. GreatUrgent Care Hours:Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.Saturdays, Sundays, and most holidays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Yes open Saturday and Sunday. You can get your X-rays done, blood drawn, see your primary doctor and there is a huge pharmacy. This facility is super clean with lots of room which allows plenty of room to spread out seating for social distancing. Digital Check-in and a digitalized monitor that lets you know how long your appointment wait will be. Close to the freeway for easy access, lots of parking and the friendliest staff at Kaiser. Everyone looks happy and ready to ensure you get the best care and stay healthy.

I come here for my yearly mammogram and to pick up my prescriptions. Staff is friendly and kind. Location is clean and nice. Great service!

This is miserable not feeling well no one answers the Kaiser phone saying they open til 5pm looked on yelp and the ph no is longs / cvs kapolei bad business totally unacceptable pay premiums on time and service sucks been trying to call for hours

Even though I've only been in to this location a small handful of times, I've always had a really easy time at this Kaiser. They get you in and out pretty quickly and their staff is always kind. Moana at reception at the front desk is amazing! Earlier today when I walked in to head directly to the pharmacy, she stopped for a moment to say "Hello Chris!". I hadn't stopped by the front desk at that point, didn't have an appointment and she simply cared enough to remember my name from over a month ago when I was last in and say hello. Definitely made my day. :)

Last time I was home, I saw the signs there would be a new Kaiser in the area.Upon my return, the new Kaiser is built with pharmacy and urgent care included.I had to accompany my mother here due to an injury and Kaiser greeted us very well and helped her check in.The facility is brand new. Covered parking is available.

This place tried to charge me for medication that was supposed to be covered by my plan. Had to fight them tooth and nail. They finally fixed it but never admitted what they did wrong. Careful friends

Came here for medication... only waited for about 5 min. Friendly people at the pharmacy.

I interacted with 5 different people here: the front desk, the nurses, and the xray tech, and they were all so friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed this visit.

I woke up with my lower back hurting I probably slept wrong so I went to urgent care Kaiser in Kapolei I was told I needed to make appointment but isn't urgent care when you need to see a doctor like right now and the next opening wasn't until 7:20 pm I went home and took care of myself hopefully my back will ease up on the pain
