He entertained at our small wedding reception and was very responsive to our requests to play songs we wanted. We wanted upbeat songs to dance to and also found pieces on his phone such as a DJ would do when it wasn't in his repertoire.

At the last minute my son wanted live Hawaiian, local pa'ina music for his graduation party. I was running out of time and options (party 6 days away) for my budget and then I came across Kai Malo'o Entertainment's website. Filled in the form, crossed fingers. Next day, first thing in the morning, Brandon messages me inquiring further, gathering details, will check availability. Later that afternoon, he locks the date in. Thank the Lord! The Kai Malo'o duo is in! 2.5 hours of nahe music including his sound system for a great price! I had use of the mic when needed. I shoulda asked if he could emcee, lol. Communication was easy, and he's so nice! Very professional. He arrived an hour early to set up and sound check. Music was perfect- not too loud, just right. He and Dusty are talented guys with great voices. It truly felt like we were at Anyplace lounge having pupu! Relatives and friends were asking me who these guys were, they wanted to keep them in mind for their parties! Needless to say, Kai Malo'o Entertainment is awesome! Easy-going, professional, great energy, just good vibes all around. Hands down they are my go to for live musicians. Highly recommended.

Gotta check these guys out! They play at Haleiwa Joe's every other month- just saw them last night. They have a really mellow old school vibe that mixes Hawaiian music and indie/soft rock. Perfect for cocktail parties and weddings. They're super responsive and affordable. They don't charge an arm and a leg like most of the other musicians I've hired. Overall a great band for a great value.

Hired them for my baby's 2st birthday. They were 1/2 hour early to setup so you get the full time of playing music. They played Hawaiian music that was wasn't too over powering so people could still talk story. Had great feedback from all attendees. Would definitely recommend/hire again.

Brandon and Shea were great! They added amazing ambiance to our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. They are very easy to work with and they even learned a new song for us. All of our guests were very impressed and loved listening to Kai Malo'o. I'd highly recommend them for your wedding or any other event!

Where do I begin... Well I booked Brandon months in advance to play some sweet tunes for my suprise enagement. From the start he was understanding, thoughtful, and insiteful. He helped me out a ton! Brandon and his team are beyond incredible! They went above and beyond for us and made our special moment that much more memerable! Thank you Brandon!

Planning a wedding has its moments. Planning a wedding long distance has it moments with the added stress of not being able to meet with a vendor in person and having to deal with the time difference. However, Brandon made things easy as could be. He is very responsive to email, responding to inquires multiple times a day. Once we had everything figured out (e.g. logistics, payment, setup location, etc.) he sent over a contract that reflected what was discussed. The group is great and offers samples on their website. We used Kai Malo'o as background music during our cocktail hour and our guests were surprised and found them very enjoyable. However, once we started our formal program and it was time for them to go, you could not even hear them clean up. They packed their belongings and were out like ninjas. They were courteous and great professionals. If you are looking for someone to perform at your event, give them a call.

I hired Kai Malo'o for my wedding reception, which was a cocktail party, and then 2 years later for my baby's first birthday party. They were very professional and worked with me to understand the type of event I was having. They visited the venues ahead of time to understand the layout and determined the best way to set up their equipment to work with the space and with my needs.The type of music they chose for my events were perfect for the setting. They also took requests so my guests could hear some of their favorite songs.I will definitely hire them again and will cintunue to refer them to others.

These guys are DAAAA BEEEESSST! They played for my son's graduation. Everyone was impressed on not only how super cool these guys are, but also on how professional, timely, and most importantly how AWESOME they sound! I also really appreciated that they were willing to work with our last minute plans and changes for the party. They were excellent on keeping the communication lines wide open, they are very organized and very professional. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. :) I would definitely recommend Kai Malo'o for your entertainment needs. MUCH MUCH MAHALOS GUYS!!!
