So convenient that this coffee shop is right around the corner from the hotel at Alohilani resort! We stayed at the hotel and I was able to make my way to this coffee shop. It was super busy in the morning, but the line moves smoothly. I tried the Kai latte, which was very good The espresso was a little bitter, but flavor overall was good.I ordered two açai bowls and their açai was super good. A basic acai toppings blueberries, strawberries, bananas, and honey and granola. Their granola is different. I think it has cereal flakes inside because it's super crunchy and I thought I saw it. But the fruit on top was fresh and the açai blend was super good. I like acai that arent too sweet and there's was the perfect blend. The cashier was super friendly and did let me know that they do a kamaaina discount on drinks.

Do you know prices? Guess it first! There is no pricing anywhere for foods until you order.Cappuccino was not good.Veggie wrap was the smallest portion in my life and paid $13.50I just wanted to support a local coffee shop instead chain coffee shops but unfortunately didn't worth!Im not rating 1 star because of nice view and people who works here!

I went to this place while I stayed Waikiki beach. I like this place macadamia nut latte. That's signature coffee at this place and amazing. They're friendly and if you don't decide what kind coffee you order then just asking them. If you are traveling around Waikiki beach should give a shot.Very closed from Waikiki beach walk. Grab coffee and enjoy the beach or walk around shops.

Always wanted to try Kai coffee locally owned roasters . Since I was in Waikiki there was a Kai coffee1 block away .Very busy as you can see in my pics so I'm a coffee guy so anxious to see the results. To my surprise very flavorful coffee you can taste the Natural of the coffee beans they use and the way they roasted them .Only problem for Kai coffee for me is their business hours . I start work at 4:30am and of course their not open yet . So I would definitely buy their grinds and make my own coffee at home in the future. I seen they sell Kai merchandise as well from flask, t-shirts, and coffee beans .The breakfast sandwich I had I recommend it was very delicious. On a Ciabatta bread, fried egg, ham, bacon, cheddar cheese w/a garlic aioli.Support local

Absolutely delicious!! Great coffee shop right on the beach that is walkable. Inside is welcoming and love the warm wood tones and cool blue. Sets you in the mood for the beach and beautiful Oahu! Got a large Kai coffee and açaí bowl. Along with 3 shots of expresso. The coffee is absolutely divine! Nothing like it. So smooth and delicious. The açaí bowl was a good portion size. The fruit on top was fresh and the granola had a good crunch. The açaí itself was cold and refreshing. Solid coffee shop that is in the heart of Waikiki.

I love this coffee shop, there was a long line but it moved fast. The food was good, i really enjoyed their ham and cheese the most. The strawberry and banana crepe was good but was a little hard. The acai bowl was the perfect amount. The mocha frap has to be the best on island I had. It was smooth and creamy. Also ask for kaama'aina discount :)

I recently visited Kai Coffee and had high hopes, but unfortunately, it fell short for me. I was looking forward to a strong cup of coffee to kickstart my early morning, but what I got was quite the opposite. The coffee was weak and lacked flavor, leaving me feeling unsatisfied. When I need that morning jolt, I expect my coffee to deliver, and this place just didn't do it for me. Based on my experience, I can't recommend Kai Coffee to anyone looking for a robust coffee experience.

We parked in the Waikiki mallParking garage and wanted to try the vintage coffee shop but it had a long wait. We opted for the Kai Coffee kiosk. The young man working was very friendly and efficient. I ordered a latte with almond milk and a small coffee with cream. The latte was actually really tasty. I noticed the lattes on the island tend to be watered down but not here! They had a few tables in from if the kiosk for guests to sit and some in front on the Main Street. I would definitely recommend. They did charge $1 extra for the almond milk but that was clearly advertised.

This location has the perfect spot by the beach. Sure...it's a tourist trap, but the coffee and food didn't disappoint. It was the pick me up that I needed with some aloha spirit.
