Just Like Vegas

I've experienced JLV three times and as someone who doesn't gamble I never thought it could be this much fun! This experience has given me the opportunity to live a small dream I've had without all the worry of losing money and all the pressure of experienced gamblers.You see, my parents, like any other person in Hawaii, love Vegas. I however would rather spend my money traveling to anywhere BUT Vegas; "why go to Vegas when I can go to Korea/Greece/Japan?" is my mindset. But I love my parents, and it would be great to one day share a table with my dad, JLV made it possible. My dad gets to satisfy his gambling itch, while I don't lose money in the process. Also, I already know who I'm booking for entertainment for his and my mom's next birthday party, anniversary, etc.The dealers who run the tables are professional and a lot of fun. Like I said, I've experienced this three times, two family parties and one company party. Every time, the dealers have delivered and added to the atmosphere. Although, they do break character every now and then to help newbies, which I really appreciate! My husband also doesn't gamble but his friends love to play roulette. Since there was a roulette table my husband decided to practice but had no idea what he was doing. Eventually the dealer got wind of this and took his time explaining how to play and what to do to my husband.If I could give one tip: 90 minutes of play is NOT ENOUGH. It went by so fast! Do yourself and your guests a favor and invest in more play time. I truly believe it's worth it and overall worth it to book JLV to bring the ninth island to your next event.

We recently used JLV services for our Waipahu High School staff social at work and it was a huge hit! We had about 50 people and rented 4 tables (1 craps, 2 blackjack, and 1 roulette) which worked well for our group. The dealers were awesome and really made the event extra fun for everyone. We had a lot of people who were new to the games but the dealers explained how to play and shared different strategies. They were friendly, enthusiastic, and patient with everyone. We didn't have alcohol at our event and I didn't know what to expect, but people were so into it! We've planned several socials over the years and this one has been the most popular for sure! Several people have already asked when the next Casino Night will be! Thanks for JLV for a good time!

SO MUCH FUN!!!I hosted our company holiday party, and decided on a Vegas theme. I reached out to a few other vendors at least a year prior to the party, but had trouble getting another vendor to return my call in a timely fashion (before my boss change his mind!).Ricky, was always prompt at returning my phone calls and emails. Our management team at my job had a bunch of questions, and Ricky was nice enough to join in on a teleconference call, and that was enough to give me the go ahead for the planning.I went all out with providing the Vegas theme centerpieces, and favors. We bought a bunch of prizes and Ricky was very helpful in helping us think of ways for the employees to earn a prize based on their plays.Our headcount was only 60 people, so it was recommended to order 1 craps table, 2 black jack tables, and 1 roulette. This is based on not everyone gambling at the same time or possibly half the party gambling. Which Ricky turned out to be absolutely correct! We paid a 50% deposit upfront, and the balance due 14 days prior to the event. They arrived to the hall an hour before to set up, and needed an hour for the breakdown.Ricky made it so easy and put my mind at ease that all will be taken care of. He was very reliable, knowledgeable with parties of all sizes and made himself available to advise and answer questions. I definitely recommend Just Like Vegas for your Vegas theme party needs! I got the Vegas fever after this party, and ended up going to the real Las Vegas shortly after.

We usually see these peeps at our annual Christmas party. Kind of bummed that there might not be one this year due to Covid. I'm not a gambler myself and this was a great idea to learn how to play for fun. I've encountered many dealers throughout each party and all pose in a professional manner. It's a fun concept. We were about to book them for our wedding but just couldn't fit them in our budget. They supply several different games like craps and 21 black Jack. Just like Vegas, (pun intended lol), dealers have to hit if their cards add up to 15.

Jane and Ricky Oshiro are a class act. Booking them was easy, simple, and efficient. Krystal showed up precisely on time. She is a hard working one woman show. Janna (the second dealer) showed up and they set up the tables and were ready to go. They set up for Black Jack. Everyone in our party that played had a great time. Professional. Courteous. Friendly. A simply amazing experience.

Used JLV twice now and both parties were amazing and the dealers went above and beyond to create an experience my friends and family will remember for a long time. Ricky, the owner, is so easy to work with. Most recently we had Darren supervising our party and he was the best craps teacher ever! We had a room full of us who had little to no experience and by the end of our two hours, we had learned SO much and were way more comfortable on the table. Can't wait to hire them again!

Booked them for the entertainment for the staff party. So much fun!! So professional! Ricky is a true natural emcee and shot caller! who knew bingo can be so much fun!?!? The dealers know what they are doing and make it so much fun for even the most novice and the kids love that roulette game! Just make sure you treat them well! They are good people and we consider them family now!!

Just like Vegas made our celebration so special and fun. The crew made everyone was engaged and enjoying playing craps. They took the time to teach those who had never played and made sure we were having a good time. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! They are Amazing!! Mahalo nui!

Just Like Vegas was awesome! We didn't know what to do for entertainment. I'm so glad we went with them. Jane was so helpful with the planning. Krystal and the team were so much fun and made everything so easy for us. Before I knew it they were set up and broken down. Friends left saying that was the best party they ever been to. I would highly recommend and thinking of having another party just to have them again! Thank you!
