Jollibee

I finally tried not their chicken but Yes their Yumburger. I remember there was a customer that I had long time ago and she mentioned that Jollibee has the best hamburger? . I thought what ? a chicken place sells good hamburger I cannot believe. Today I tried myself and I was surprised Yes pretty good better than McDonald but not better than other burger places. The hamburger bun was very soft and grilled to have a little crisp to it. Their sauce is not ketchup and mustard like most places they have a special sauce it taste like thousand island . Service through the drive thru was very fast and friendly. This particular Jollibee is located right across from Ka Makana Alii on the Macy's side .

1st time in this location, it was very nice, neat, and clean. Maybe it's that men that was there ready to clean up. Anywaysss I love my 10 pieces of chicken joy half spicy and half regular. I would order all spicy but I have to share with low spice tolerance people lol

The gravy. please put it on all the things. Drink it if you must. The chicken was good but I also went to chic-a-filet after this. Sorry. I'm just not a bone in kinda girl but the crunchy outside was superior to others. And it was tender and juicy. Had to try the filipino Spaghetti. It was sweet and definitely has a different flavor than any other type of sauce, for noodles I've had. I had a dish made by a coworker and it was good, different but I think Jolliebee has a pretty decent sweet sauce. I never thought I'd see spaghetti on a menu at a fast food place like this but it's worth the try. Service was so fast, I blinked and we were driving away! I went through the drive though this time. I'll check out the inside our next trip to check out their dining area.. if they have one that is!

Juicy chicken and always fresh! Ordered through the drive thru and ate it in the parking lot because it was so hot and fresh. A bit of a wait but worth the quality of food you get. The gravy goes perfect with the chicken, pour that gravy over your rice and you're good to go.

Always a great meal! Love that the chicken is served piping hot and fresh. Service is friendly, as that seems to be their trend... prices are reasonable & I never feel like I'm being price gouged. Restaurants are usually-always tidy & clean! Thanks Jollibee! :)

Service was very good. The staff was friendly however the chicken was very disappointing. It was dry and seemed like it was just sitting on the warmer for hours. The French fries were cold and unappetizing. I don't think I'll come to this location again.

After a long hiatus from fast food fried chicken, I decided to revisit Jollibee, a place I hadn't tried in years, to see if anything had changed or if my memories of its flavor held true. I went to the Jollibee location in Kapolei, which is conveniently situated for anyone on the west side of Oahu.Eager to indulge, I ordered a six-piece original bucket, though I initially wanted the spicy version. Unfortunately, they informed me at the window that it would be an additional 15-minute wait for spicy, and only original was readily available. I opted for the original reluctantly.As soon as I took my first bite after pulling over to eat, the familiar taste of fried chicken hit me--the distinct flavor of juices and oils characteristic of well-fried chicken. However, a few bites in, I remembered why it had been so long since my last visit to Jollibee. While the chicken was decent, it wasn't compelling enough to offset the guilt of indulging in fast food. By the third piece, I was done and decided to give the rest away.Jollibee, while not a bad place, certainly isn't the pinnacle of fast food chicken either. There are many other fantastic fried chicken options out there, but if you're looking for a quick, budget-friendly fix or just need to satisfy a fried chicken craving, Jollibee does the job. However, I doubt it would become a regular stop in anyone's fast food rotation.

We pass here whenever we come for a checkup at Straub Kapolei but never tried it.Hubs had to run an errand so instead of the food court or our pho go to I placed an on line order.I saw there was a $10 off $30 for on line orders but just couldn't access the special. I had some difficulty placing the order 3 times and somehow we got a mashed potato I don't remember ordering.The determination to try their food was strong so I completed the order without the discount.I added the spaghetti for an additional $1.50, what a deal. I enjoy Filipino spaghetti cuz it's on the sweeter side. The portion was just right.I placed two meals with spicy and original chicken. Our 3 drinks tasted fine, I liked the pineapple one since it was new to me.

Idk man lol. Am I the only one that thinks 12.99 for a one piece of chicken and spaghetti is too much? Came thru the drive thru and it was fast and didn't have to wait. Ordered the one piece with spaghetti and peach mango pie. Typical drive thru experience nothing to rave about. 3/5 because I think that's way too much for what you get.

Jolibee is a fast food Filipino restaurant with multiple locations on island. The kapolei location is the closest to me so I've been at this location a numerous amount of times; both in store and through the drive thru. I always get the same thing: a 2 piece chickenjoy with spaghetti and a drink. It's my go to! The food is good. The sweet spaghetti tastes amazing, and the chicken as well. If you order spicy, it comes out hella spicy. Be weary! The gravy is a great add and the chicken has such tasty breading. Inside the restaurant, you can expect a clean, cool atmosphere. It seems that there is always at least one worker cleaning the restaurant as others work behind the counter. Ordering in-store is very slow and the drive thru is even slower. They seem very staffed so I'm unsure as to what their issue is.
