It was our first time eating here. My husband had the meatloaf dish and I got a butta cheeseburger with waffle fries. Both were delicious! Staff were friendly and service was good. There was outdoor seating.

parking: there's 4 stalls parallel to Ualena St. & next to the airport end of their dining area. otherwise, street parking is rare in this industrial area.lobster buttah roll: not really worth the price, & it's as tall as a triple cheeseburger! if you can't open your mouth more than 3 fingers high, ya gotta de-construct the creation & eat pieces with a fork & knife. a local Japanese eatery boasts lobster from Tristan de Cunha, an isolated island in the south Atlantic Ocean. i doubt if most people can taste (blindfold test -- 10 corrects out of 10 tastes) the superiority of exotic sea foods, or most foods.airport end of their dining area was loud with a/c noise. but, ya can enjoy looking at the very tall mural of humpback whales on the east-facing side of the mid-rise office bldg. across the street.

Food: Always a hit! We love the birria or pork sandwich, dip it in a little tomato bisque and it will change your life. Their fries are delightful as well. I don't love the lobster roll but I know a lot of people do, so if that's your jam give it a try. For breakfast, their loco moco is large and filling but the real star is the CINNAMON ROLL FRENCH TOAST wow wow wow you absolutely need to try it!! Service: Excellent, every person I've interacted with there is kind and the food comes out quickly but you can tell it's made to order. Ambience: They do provide some seating but the tables are pretty dusty and don't get wiped off as often as they should. I personally like to just order ahead for pick up and eat at home but I am grateful for a spot to eat when I just can't wait to scarf it down. Price: Pretty reasonable for Hawaii, but it can get pricey pretty quickly because everything is a la cart. Nonetheless, it's a yummy place to treat yourself to every once in a while! TIPS & TRICKS:* There are a few parking spots but I suggest calling ahead and taking your order to go! There is a nice park nearby if you feel like eating on the beach. * Carry out bags are 50¢ a piece so if you order more than two meals I'd suggest asking for one of those to bring your meal back.

The Buttah Lobster Roll at Jolene is truly unforgettable and hands down one of the best in town. With tender, buttery lobster packed into a perfectly toasted roll, every bite feels like a little slice of paradise.Thank you to my fellow Yelpers who got me hooked... Lol

I came for the lobster roll. There are so many other options it is hard to choose! My lobster roll while short in length was stuffed. They did it Banh Mi style with picked veggies. I don't do onions so I would ask to leave those off. I got the Salted lemonade. I like it a lot. It's not too sweet. There are plenty of picnic tables to eat. It is across the street from the airport Center so it's a busy street. With coming to try the other sandwiches.

We were close by getting the tires changed for the car and saw this place. Great, we can have lunch while waiting. I didn't even know that they had a Jolene's in this area. We ordered the Buttah Lobster Roll $22 with a Tomato Bisque as an add on $2. We also got the Pastrami Melt $15. They were both yummy. The lobster roll at Jolene's is always like a banh mi. They put the picked veggies on the bottom. The top is filled with minced lobster with a few pieces of lobster mixed in. I prefer the tomato bisque over the corn chowder. They corn chowder is always watery. The pastrami melt was gooey with a lot of melted cheese. It's a good place to grab lunch if you're in the area. The seating is outside, so it's hot. Some flies also came around. We were so stuffed that we both wanted to take a nap after eating here.

I went here today to get their birria melt sandwich which was tasty! Love how it's full of birria meat and cheese! It went very well with their consumme. Very tasty! Totally hit the spot today! They have few parking stalls and an outdoor seating area where you can sit and eat.

It's been a while since we had Jolene's Lobster Roll. In the past, I would either order delivery or pick up sandwiches from the Chinatown location.Since the Chinatown eatery closed, it was my first time visiting the Airport one. I didn't know quite what to expect, or at least that this one would be so different.I got the general location from Yelp's map, near the corner of Ualena and Ohohia. As I made my way down Ohohia, I noticed Mitch's Fish Market & Sushi Bar at the corner. I turned right at Ualena and Jolene's was a short distance away.Whereas the one in Chinatown was an enclosed restaurant, this Airport one had a walk-up window to place your order and the window next to it for pick-ups. It had clean outdoor seating, which would have been convenient if we had opted to eat there.I ordered and paid for two Lobster Rolls with two different kinds of soup.I took our meals home. My wife's first impression was that the sandwich appeared to be smaller than before, she remembered cutting in half and saving the rest for later. This time, she easily finished the whole sandwich and her tomato bisque. I had corn chowder with my sandwich. We both enjoyed the food. They have other things on the menu which I've tried and liked as well, it's just that the lobster rolls are unique, and is what we remembered them for.https://www.facebook.com/HawaiiWorldLEN/posts/pfbid02xWiPg7vC7epK1M65cFvYazxx1f2P8c2VDUMDt1epCDfJ2yjFNY2raTSkiN66vPm3l

The artwork is gorgeous at Jolene's! We love a bright mural. The menu here is pretty expansive with lots of delicious options. The food was okay but a bit on the greasy side. We got the lobster roll and crab sandwich. The highlight was the waffle fries. Seating is outdoor and parking a bit tight in the lot next door. Would love to go back to try something else.

We stopped here on the way to the airport and will definitely be back. The food was very tasty and the portions were generous. There were several tables outside where one can eat and the food came out quickly. The people who worked there were very friendly.
