JetSki Oahu

It's pretty good experience but I don't like the fact that we can't carry our phone with us to take photos.

Definitely wanted to get some fun activities in for my vacation on Oahu. I hadn't jet skied in a long time. I booked with them and had a great time. The skis are in great shape. Everyone was helpful and professional. There's plenty of space to have fun with out in the bay near HNL airport. Highly recommended.

Had my best jet ski experience in the USA (and I've jet ski'd all over the Americas). Customer service was outstanding. Staff did a great job outfitting, instructing and organizing our family of six riders including two children. Everyone had a fantastic time and we'd do it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!!

Horrible service. Denis (the instructor) is super rude, let us drove 5 minutes and took away the jetski saying we are done and can go home. We explained that our english is not the best and in response he called us spoiled rats. ridiculous! By the way they dont let you play music in jetski and you can only drive circles around their bunker . Not a big area to drive so look for another place. Scam

Terrible service never coming back.First of all we reserved for one hour but last minute they told us you guys have 30 min( we paid $170) then after 5 minutes one of the guys told us to come cuz they have to fix something we came and he said "you're done for today" so he lied he said you keep going left and right you should go straight. Then they yelled at us and called my friends "spoiled rats"Terrible experience never even think about booking with them!

Horrible experience, once you see Denys guy u already feel attitude towards yourself, he's super rude, he looks very rude, and you already don't have a mood to have fun, the location is weird, yes it's beautiful ocean but it's far from beautiful places! I PAID FOR ONE HOUR and he only told us we can drive for 30 min, u can't even do circles because he starts yelling and only wants u go straight COME ON GUYS ITS JETSKI U GOTTA HAVE FUN and he's super rude told us to pull over after 5 minutes and just said we r done, PLEASE GUYS FIND OTHER PLACE U GONNA BE SO DISAPPOINTED AND SOME CRAZY OLD MAN GONNA TALK TO U WITH ATTITUDE LIKE UR HIS LITTLE CHILD WTF, don't let anyone give u bad energy and mood on ur vacation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

It was such a good time that we went twice in less than 7-days. Day 1: clear and smooth waters -- we got to see some sea turtles!Day 2: wavy -- great weather to have a high-adrenaline rideJet ski was in great condition and a good model -- rode/operated wellPlus -- for $40 extra -- Joel takes great action shots with his cameraHawaii operates on a course-only basis for Jet-skis -- so it's important to make sure that aren't afraid of some waves. Don't ruin the fun for others -- if you can't keep up or like to go slow, jump on a tandem jet ski and ride with someone else!Before you go: if you can't find the place -- it's because you didn't follow the super clear and explicit directions. They send it over email or text ... but it is NOT complicated. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. The machines on the other hand are limited to about 28 mph which is incredibly slow for a jet ski and their anti-collision systems would shut it it down to 5 mph if your within 200 ft in any direction of another machine which happens frequently on the small courses that Hawaii restricts commercial companies to. Overall not a bad experience for timid or first timer riders.

My husband and I had searched for SO many places to JetSki while we were in Oahu last week & Everything was fully booked!! We found JetSki Oahu and luckily for us they had open availability! We had an amazing time with them, the staff were very knowledgeable and super cool! We had lots of open space out on the water and were given an introduction lap to demonstrate how to ride the JetSki's safely. Thank you again JetSki Oahu!

First time ever riding on a jetski. My daughter and I had a great time. The customer service that we received was outstanding. We were nervous at first but they were very specific with instructions. Gave us some remarkable memories. Would definitely do it again! Highly recommended!
