Returned to JES after a few years. Needed to resize a bracelet and purchase an entirely new one. Immediately after entering the shop my wife and I met with Lindsey who answered any questions we had. Within 40 minutes we were able to complete all the details and pay for our order. 12 days after submitting our order we were notified that our order was ready for pickup. I am extremely happy with the craftsmanship of the resized bracelet and 3D Heirloom bracelet. The 3D Heirloom bracelets are gorgeous! Mahalo JES!

I had been looking for a place to repair my old broken bracelet and necklace in my drawer. After calling around to several places, most said they would send it out to another company, and it would take about a week. Then, I randomly came across this spot, and I had such a great day thanks to their fast service and friendly customer care. It seems like a family-owned business, and they have an upstairs repair room where they do the work themselves. The staff, who seemed like sisters, were so kind, and I felt compelled to leave this review out of gratitude!

Had a 14k custom pendant made. 3d drawing was rendered real quick and production was fast. Masters of jewelry making! Pendant came out amazing and customer service is second to none when it comes to jewelry stores. Give them your business and they'll give you nothing but quality!

Service was amazing! Super fast and they were very sweet. Mom came in to repair a necklace, which would have re-broken in the same place with the same type of chain. We were offered advice on the stronger types of chains and credit towards the new chain by turning in the old broken necklace. They were incredibly helpful

Kris and Kaley are awesome. Took my girl in to get her chain repaired and ended up buying a new 20 inch 14k chain for her. We were so happy we bought them bubble teaMahalo girls we will be back

This is the jewelry shop you are looking for. Don't look elsewhere because they have it all here--and they are all truly QUALITY! (Gold, diamond, platinum jewelries, etc.) There's no need to hesitate; just come on in and have a look. The people managing the place are also very nice and pleasant people. We're always passing by this place to get some boba drinks next door, and we are so glad we finally decided to check this enchanted place out. They will be closing temporarily some time this month of September for just a couple of weeks, so just a heads up. (They need some vacay too (: Other than that, I give this place 10 stars! (Not just a 5) ;]

JES should get 10 Stars! Customer service is incredible, quality is even more so. They made the most incredible octopus' pendant for my wife who loves these creatures and finds them to observe at low tides.Over the top happy with this (so is she!)

I was looking for a jeweler in Hawai'i that could add a clasp to my Hawaiian Heirloom Jewelry bracelet. My bracelet was a gift from my mom when I was a teen but I haven't worn it in over 20 years since my hand got bigger and I could no longer put it on. I contacted several jewelers that I found on Yelp and came across JES after reading reviews. From the very first touch point with them, their customer service was great. Lindsey took the time to answer all my questions clearly and in great detail. It made me very confident to send my bracelet from the mainland to them. Lindsey, Kaylee, and Piha were all wonderful. All my communications was via email. They even sent me videos of the work that they did before sending.I am so pleased with the results and I've been wearing my bracelet almost every day. Just wanted to thank JES for such a beautiful piece! Especially Lindsey!! From the day I walked in, really had no clue what/how I wanted. She really put everything I asked for into one piece and I honestly wouldn't want to go to anyone else. Never thought I'd one day check off this box in my bucket list! I'm literally still speechless!
