AH-MAZING to say the least! I called the day prior to when I needed my delivery done, (yes last minute). Chantelle answered my call even though they were in a big operations meeting. I sent email with my needs after we hung up and she responded within hours of my initial call. They were quick and responsive throughout the day. Kept me apprised along the way up until exact drop off WITH picture!!! The end result was WAY better than I had expected. They were able to meet my floral requests and more. The arrangement was gorgeous and looked way more than what I paid for. I can't thank them enough. I had never used them before or heard of them prior to searching for a florist on Yelp. Let's just say, I will be calling them for all my floral needs and recommending them to everyone who asks. Mahalo nunui to Chantelle, Angela and team!!!

I'm planning for a upcoming destination wedding. So I looked up some vendors to call. When it came to the florist part of the checklist I gave Chantelle a call. I kindly asked her if she was available to meet since I was in town. She said she wasn't it and her workers were also busy to meet. That's fine, totally understandable. I than proceeded to ask her on how I can get more information on her services. She asked me where I was having the wedding. I named the hotel. And she responded with " oh so the ceremony is outside? It's hot out there and I stand by my quality of work and the flowers would die so I would have to humbly decline". Still trying to work with her I mention that only the ceremony is outside. The reception is inside. So I would only need a bit of flowers on the arch and we are moving inside. She said " oh ok. What kind of flowers do you want ? " I said my theme is burgundy but I'm open to ideas. She than goes on saying oh a certain flower during the season of my wedding only last 3 days and she again would have to HUMBLY DECLINE. At this point, I'm totally frustrated because I don't feel like she wanted to take the job at all. But she continued to ask me for how many guests will I have? I told her 80-100. She said " so you're looking at spending $5000-$8000 ? I told her that if that's what it cost than yes, and that's why I called is to ask about her service and prices to make a decision. Here's the last straw for me, She goes on to ask me " are you ready to book or shopping around? I told her again that I'm shopping around. Guess what she said after that? " OH OK THAN I WOULD HAVE TO HUMBLY DECLINE SINCE YOU DONT SEEM TO BE SURE ABOUT OUR WORK. I honestly, don't know if she has multiple personalities or caught up in the moment doing something , but that the worst conversation I've ever had with a vendor or anyone for that matter. Seems like she didn't want to take the job from the beginning yet kept asking me questions like she wanted to, than would say HUMBLY DECLINED after every answer! Seriously go somewhere else before she humbly declines you on your day of the wedding.

What a truly unforgettable and exceptional experience! So so happy I found them. I ordered an arrangement and did the designers choice. Designers choice is typically hit or miss when I ordered at other vendors, but I was impressed by their pics that I was confident that even if it came out differently than expected I still liked their arrangements. They are so elegant and sophisticated which was absolutely perfect! They also look so expensive tasteful. But they def don't overcharge. You get a lot of value. I think the magic also comes from the positive energy and love when doing the flowers & care for the people. They are so talented, artistic, creative. But on top of that they are so customer service oriented. It was such a pleasant experience. They called and left a vm the day before delivery to ask about what I'd like since I put in the comments of the flower arrangement I was hoping they can somewhat imitate, but I was so busy at work. Nonetheless they came out stunning! My friend was very happy with her flowers and just felt so wowed and special. They truly are beautiful. I order flowers quite often mainly in the mainland. And have ordered from few bigger vendors in honolulu since I have friends and family there. But honestly I am usually pretty disappointed. Communication, flower expectations, sometimes even delivery is off. I can understand things happy. But I've never been so impressed with a business. This will definitely be my go-to flower business. Thank you thank you! Thank you for the love and care you took into making these flowers the best they can be-it definitely shows! Thank you for your kindness, positivity on the phone. Professionalism. Wish there were more businesses like there like you, even beyond floral.

The best customer service! Being that I don't live in Hawaii nor have I ever been, I got lucky when I stumbled upon this florist after googling for one as I wanted to send my friend some flowers. I received a text from the florist with a picture of the arrangement, when they were out for delivery and when they were delivered! I even called that morning to confirm delivery and Chantelle was so friendly on the phone. I definitely recommend and will use again in the future. Exactly what I ordered, beautiful flowers!

I ordered a floral arrangement for my friend who moved to a new hair salon. I asked if they could make an arrangement with flowers that would last longer over the weekend and through the week. It came out so beautiful & gorgeous. It surpassed my expectations! Love working with Chantelle! I will definitely use them again

Deffinatly one of the best in town.A lovely couple manage this place who they know and love what they are doing. Best service and customer service with affordable options and prices. They do have online shopping option and offering same day delivery.Mahalo

I don't normally write reviews but I was so impressed by the customer service and the positive energy they brought as soon as I stepped in. They are very knowledgeable and talented when it comes to making floral arrangements and helped a brother out when you forget to buy your wife flowers. Despite being limited on time, they quickly made this Forever Bouquet specially for me. Chantelle (owner) and Landis are amazing and they will be my go to for floral arrangements in the future.

J'Adore did an amazing job with the floral arrangements. We took a risk and did not pay for a mockup intrusting they were listening to our description and the photo samples we provided. Originally we wanted tall geometric centerpieces for the reception but was advised not to, due to the elevataed location and the possibility of wind knocking the arrangements over which proved to be beneficial. They created such an incredible color palette exactly what we asked for. The flower combination used matched perfectly as seen in the photos and were repurposed from the ceremony to the reception keeping the cost down.

I'm glad I found this place . Great customer service and reply's to your questions and needs. My fiancée loved her roses ! They got my order ready in time and early ! The picture I put up is what Landis sent before I came to pick it up and it was beautiful! Friendly and excellent service! Thank you !
