Great company to work with. Melissa helped me out with getting uniforms for my sons Archery Club. They even helped us out with a 'rush' order for our mainland trip (they couldn't guarantee they could finish on such short notice but thankfully they did!). Will definitely work with them again for future jobs!

Melissa is awesome to work with. My order was done, start to finish, inunder 3 weeks. Right before Christmas too!They smashed online pricing, but its the personal service that will keep you coming back for all your embroidery needs. Go check them out, you'll be glad you did!

A**hole, THE word I describe the male front desk staff at this business. I came by the business today, and the staff looked at my small bag of uniforms, for a small job just to write my name and title, and said we are backed up for a month. I corrected him and said the woman who answered the phone yesterday said 2 weeks? He replied No, and he was so reluctant to pull a lousy piece of order paper out of his desk to fill out the job I requested to be done. I understand if you are very busy, but with that attitude, I will make sure I tell people I know not to go to you just because no one deserves the way you treat your potential clients. Try to be a gentleman with professionalism and just say, we are not taking any job at this time, instead of having a reluctant fit like a 5-year-old. Your behavior showed you did not even want to assist me because I was only asking embroidery for five uniforms. I do not recommend this place at all, and I would rather be out of embroidery than to put up with this a**hole. People pay more for good service, so at least be professional to the public, and stop being so hesitant. Just communicate nicely without your gestures, then you won't come across as an a**. The staff here needs basic customer service skills. Good riddance!P.S. I ended up going to The Embroidery Gift Shop on Hekaha St. in Aiea. I do not understand why J&M Embroidery acts as if it is the only embroidery shop in town. Get real.

Difficult location to find but once you're there, you are welcomed to their little shop. Very friendly service with lots of catalogs and ideas for your shirts, polos and even hats. If I'm in the area, I'll be happy to visit this little shop soon.

Found these guys on the internet and this is the 3rd time I've used them for embroidery services. We inquired about their prices on polos and embroidery for my job and they were very helpful from start to finish. I noticed email is the easiest way to get a response. Their customer service is always exceptional and they always were able to answer my million and one questions I had. Turn around time is quick too and pricing isn't too bad either. The first time we went the logo that I wanted wouldn't work out and they suggested something else for us which was 100x's better anyways. Quick and easy pick up, no problems and will continue to use these guys. I've only done polos but I've noticed they do a bunch of embroidery on all kine. Call or go their to check out their stuff. Small local business pumping out quality products.

Despite a minor mishap with contacting me how I was asked I preferred to be contacted, this highly collaborative establishment will deliver with speed, quality, relatively low flat rates, and aloha. I may upgrade to 5 stars out of 5 depending on future visits.*This review updates a previous 3-star review I had previously given the establishment.

Great & Friendly Service and top quality. J&M Embroidery also owns a company by the name of 'OWaipi'o Designs that offers custom Polo and Button Down Aloha style shirts for company uniforms, schools polos, golf tournaments and more. They also can make custom printed golf towels, table covers, beach towels etc... Check em out.
