You're never going to have better mochi in your life. I will put my life on itIt's not that fake ass frozen ice cream mochi. This is the real deal, freshly made each morning, chewy pull apart mochiI got it from the market's on Saturday in downtown. The lady behind the counter was sweet and wasn't putting up with my bullshit when I tried to bargain with her for a deal on 20 of them. I think she shoulddddd do a buy 10 get two free type deal but that's just meIt's a tiny little stand with just a case of all the mochi that is kept clean with a ton of flavor options. Eating it fresh, outside at the market on the curb is the exact way these were meant to beEvery single one was absolutely bomb and delicious. Highly recommend the cookie butter

The mochi is so good!! I saw their stand at the Kaka'ako Farmers Market and they were almost sold out at 11 am.I went with the pumpkin spice mochi, which was a seasonal flavor. The mochi is perfectly soft and chewy. The pumpkin spice flavor was spot on.

The main reason why I even visit the farmer's market is because of Izu's Mochi. The best time to visit is first thing in the morning to ensure best parking and best selection. Also be sure to not park in other businesses' parking lots to avoid an unplanned tow to the yard.Izu's Mochi is always such a perfect gift to give and receive. When you support this business, you know you won't be disappointed from the service and aesthetic presentation.

If you are ever at the Kaka'ako Famers Market, you HAVE TO stop by Izu's Mochi!!! This place makes the best mochi I've had on island so far. There are so many different flavors! My favorite is the matcha one! The mochi itself is nice and soft. It is topped with like a matcha icing and then filled with like a matcha pudding. So for matcha lovers, it's perfect! Not only is the mochi amazing, but the prices are great too! I've seen other mochi places that charge upward of $8 for one mochi! But each flavored mochi is only $3 (except for the strawberry one, that one is $5). So good food and great prices, what more could you ask for?! Oh yeah, good service! Haha.Every time I've gone to pick up my mochi, I've always been greeted warmly and with a smile. Always a good experience. Whenever I am in town at this farmers market, I ALWAYS stop by Izu's. NOTE: You might want to get there early. I went an hour before the market closed last week and they were sold out of pretty much everything. (Because everything is so good that's why:)

Not your ordinary mochi...Izu's is found here bright and early at the Kaka'ako Farmers Market every Saturday and there's always a long long line which deters me and seeing each item sell out one by one on the regular.Today as I decide to arrive early was delight to see practically no one and decided to peek what they had to offer. The varieties of Mochi is the fun part the case which holds the filled mochi with various flavors are $3 with the exception of Azuki Strawberry the also have mini Mochi variety pack that are bite sized and super adorable and what I got today is their chi chi dango...matcha of course.Great prices with super fun flavors is why they're rock stars and so excited I secured a pack to start my weekend. The vibe here is a delight and this freshly made treat is not to be missed.Thank you!

I would just like to say their mochi is so delicious. It's not too sweet or too plain. You really just need to try them. Definitely recommend the cookie butter and Lilikoi! If you want to be able to try all their flavors I do recommend going early as once as they open because they do run out fast!

What the heck -- 5 stars! If you haven't swung by Izu's Mochi at the Kakaako Farmer's Market on a Saturday morning, you're seriously missing out. This spot boasts the best mochi on the island, and I can confidently say it lives up to the hypeArrive early because this place is no secret. They tend to sell out quickly, especially because their mochis are freshest in the morning. My top recommendation? Go for the daifuku mochi. It's a delightful treat with a whole strawberry and azuki bean filling that perfectly balances sweet and satisfying. The medium or large size is just right for getting the full experienceDon't stop there, though. Make sure to try some of their other flavors (e.g. lilikoi) as well--each one is crafted with care and tastes like a little piece of mochi heaven

We discovered this shop at the Kaka'ako Farmers Market. All I can say is, Oishii!!! My favorites are the Lilikoi and Strawberry mochi. The mochi is so fresh and soft. The centers were filled with deliciousness. It was one of the best things I've tried at the market.

- Overall: I rave about Izu's mochi to anyone who will listen. LOVE their mochi. Locally owned company, the owners are so friendly. So many amazing flavors, perfect texture of the mochi, really great mochi to filling ratio, and all at a great price! Only sad that I have to wait till Saturday each week to get more! They are located at the Kakaako Saturday morning farmers market in the most makai (ocean side) of the market. Go early otherwise they usually sell out by 11 or 12:00!- Parking: Street parking can be a little tight since it's full of farmer's market goers!- Wait time: Usually a very long line, about 5-10 min wait.- What we ordered: large sized daifuku mochi! These were $5 each and contain a whole strawberry inside that was very sweet! They also make a medium size which is $3 with a half strawberry inside. I've tried pretty much all of their flavors so far, and all their mochi typically is ~$3 a piece. My favorite flavors are the cookie and match ones! They last pretty good in the fridge too. They also take custom orders so great to give as gifts or for special occasions.

She makes the best tasting mochi on the entire island of Oahu. I come here on Saturday morning just to buy a ton of her assorted variety of mochi! It is the best ever! If you are ever visiting Hawaii this kakaako farmers market is where you will find her booth! My fave is the peanut butter chocolate center filled mochi! Her kinako mochi is sooo good too! The strawberry Aukai bean filled mochi is delicious! The other flavors are amazing too! I will always come here and support her business! It is the BEST!
