Our go to when we wanna get away and take a nice drive to old wailua town. This gem piece is always a hit and a must stop when we have mainland family/friends come down to vists and they fall in love as well. If you have little ones they have a small corner with a playhouse and toys. Our 3 year old loves it while we wait for our coffee and shave ice orders. I tried the matcha strawberry latte and it was Devine!! Not too strong of matcha and it was naturally sweetened by the strawberry puree. Please come support local.

My 3rd or 4th time here. Nice alternative to the lines for Shave Ice at Matsumoto's and Aoki's. Lot's of souvenirs sold here for those visiting the island while you are waiting for your Shave Ice!

island X Hawaii at the Sugar Mill on north shore has the best shaved ice. The natural flavors make it worth the trip.

They have great everything! Quaint, off the beaten path but definitely worth the visit. People super nice and friendly and helpful. It's a chill place to sample and the inventory is not like the other tourist shops. I purchased the most beautiful black sarong. I use it for a bathing suit cover, a sarong and a shawl. It was reasonably priced and I've been back several times. They have all types of snacks and everything there is delicious.

I got a small shaved ice with mango and passionfruit.I chose to get it with condensed milk over coconut milk and regular sweetness. It was DELICIOUS! They even offer to adjust the sweetness if it isn't to your liking. Customer service was a 10/10.

Love this shop for souvenirs and trinkets. They also have a shave ice stand with lots of options to chose from. You can do a chocolate tour, call in advance. They have samples of local coffee and chocolate samples. Located at the old sugar mill. Check in and get a free sticker. I enjoy visiting when in the waialua so much goodies and treasures to find here.

Located in the back of the Old Sugar Mill in Waialua. We walked over to get some shave ice of course! There were more signs that said Waialua Coffee than Island X Hawaii so it was difficult for me to figure out the name in order to write my review. But finally I am here. Also, I wasn't able to check in and claim my free offer of a Waialua Sticker, bummers! Gift shop:There is a cute gift shop inside with lots of souvenirs geared towards the tourists or locals who want to send Hawaii gifts at such good prices! For a hidden location, I would think they'd have to have more expensive prices. But I scored this really pretty keychain for $1.50 and bought one for a friend too. They sell Keep the Country country stickers and t-shirts!! I was always curious to see where people buy these stickers and I finally found a spot! T-shirts are sold both in kids and adult sizes. I seen a tour bus stop by but thankfully I entered as the bus was pulling out so I didn't have to fight that craze. Shave ice:Okay, one of my top 3 places to pick up shave ice!!! The flavors are organic and locally made by the owners wife. I have never had shave ice that was more flavorful than icey. It just melted in my mouth. I'm honestly trying to find words to describe how amazing it was! Let's just say, I'm going to have to bring all my friends and family here to try this spot!! And for such a steal price, $3.50 medium $4.50 large! Say what!!!!!

Literally a hidden gem but worth the hunt. The staff was super friendly and took her time to explain things to us and offered us the opportunity to sample things. They're very welcoming! Definitely need to check out their shave ice. They're close by to dole plantation and a turtle beach.

This place is a must for every time I visit my sister who lives on the west side of Oahu! Coffee shaved ice with chocolate and condensed milk, cocoa covered coffee beans, macadamia nut fudge, toffee, and Kona coffee are just a few of my favorites! Great souvenir and gift selection for unique finds! I could literally spend hours here!! My favorite North Shore spot!! Great and chill atmosphere with kind and welcoming staff!!

This place is absolutely awesome!! The customer service is top notch and their prices are much better than most other shops I've seen. I got a pineapple coconut natural shave ice and it was heaven! All other shave ice is ruined now, it was so delightful! Mohammed who served me was so kind and asked me to let him know if I wanted more flavor on my ice (which I didn't, he got it perfect). Highly recommend visiting!!!
