Awesome massage therapists who actually know what they are doing and not just giving a casual rubdown in a fancy setting.This is a no-frills place but an all-around amazing quality massage experience.We're local residents and are so happy we have found this spot!

One of the best massages I've ever had. Really good deep tissue sports massage, the kind that makes you sweat a little while they work the hard knots. I will be back!!

Island Therapy provides terrific massage therapy. The staff are friendly and very professional. They take their work seriously by going to annual training to improve their techniques. I highly recommend them for massage therapy!

Terrible massage. Just used elbows to dig into any muscle or kidney. Didn't seem like she had any experience. Didn't use her hands to manipulate any muscle or fascia. Spent about an hour digging into my shoulder blades rather than working the legs. Asked for a sports massage. Definitely didn't get one...and will never return

Still my go-to place for a full body massage. I told my parents about this place, and they wanted to go with me. I booked two 90 min massages for both me and my mom. To book an appointment, you can either go online or call . If they don't answer, Maria will either call you back the same day and also text you. She will text you two days before your service to confirm your appointment.When my mom and I arrived for our appointment, there are at least 5 available parking stalls in front of the establishment. I texted Maria and we walked up the stairs to be greeted by our masseuse. There is a restroom inside if you need to use it before or after your service.Also it is always good to communicate with your masseuse what areas are needed to be worked on and what level of pressure you would like before they perform the service. My masseuse was very attentive and also worked out a lot of knots on my neck and back.

Hubby and I had a couple massage and it was the best experience. Both ladies ( Mia & Nicole) were very polite and professional. They were able to get every ache, and pain out. We both left feeling like brand new people. This is something we will be adding to our list of things to have done to stay healthy. Highly recommend this spot, can't say how appreciative hubby and I are for the great massage both ladies gave.

I wish I could give a better review but I had scheduled an appt on the same day pretty last minute the owner Maria had emailed me and squeezed me and told me to be there at 4:25 and I knocked once as the door says then called the number on the door no answer but then she called me back a couple minutes later to apologize that she never put me in and that the massage therapist was on her way so I was waiting outside sweating for almost 25 minutes. The massage therapist finally showed up and when she had asked me what area to work on I had said my middle/upper back and not sure how she heard shoulders and that ended up being the only place she really worked on so I left with the same back pain I went in with and $48 down the drain...

The two massage therapists that helped my bf and I today were very professional, hardworking, considerate and skilled! I stand by my 5-star review. They squeezed us in despite how understaffed and busy they've been -- mahalo! Note: There was a service dog in today! She was very sweet and quiet, barely noticed her.

Island Therapy is my favorite spot for a massage! Staff is very professional and attentive to your needs. At the start of the massage they ask if you have areas you want to focus on, which is so important to me since I have pain focused on certain areas I'd like them to pay more attention to during the massage.Parking is limited, but I have never had trouble getting a spot. Maria sends all the information to you which is very helpful.I always feel super relaxed and refreshed after my appointment. Highly recommend to check them out!

My husband and I had a couples massage from Maria and Stephanie. Maria gave the hubby trigger point therapy. He's had multiple shoulder surgeries and she was able to work out the knots. He said he felt like a marshmallow afterwards. Stephanie gave me a relaxing Swedish massage. I have arthritis in my hands, feet and ankles; she worked out the stiffness.
