Support local here and you won't be disappointed. Met the owners during our 1st visit and you get good vibes from them. The kind that you want their shop to be a success. As it should be because our order was delicious! My son got the keiki shave ice- great portion. You can choose up to 3 flavors (my son only wanted 2). I got their homemade ice cream- rocky road and it was amazing.There is plenty of parking in the lot between them and Chuck e Cheese's or beside them.You will not be disappointed supporting this local spot. 5 stars well deserved

When you're in the mood for something quick and sweet on the west side, this is a good place to come. Located between Chuck E. Cheese and the main highway lies a small dessert gem and we loved supporting local. Here they sell a variety of sweets that are made to satisfy from Shave Ice and Ice Cream to Crepes and Halo Halo, there is something here for the whole family to enjoy. The service is pleasant and there is a small sit down area inside with about five tables or so. There are a variety of flavors to choose from with the ice cream as well as the shave ice. The shave ice can be ordered with ice cream in it for an additional charge and the crepes from what I observed on their menu can be ordered up until a certain time. I ordered a li hing shave ice with vanilla ice cream and found it to be very refreshing. My daughter enjoyed her rocky road ice cream as well and my husband loved the mint chocolate chip ice cream with homemade waffle cone. Their waffle cones are delicious and our family enjoyed our time overall here at this dessert spot and will return again. The parking is a bit limited for the four businesses here including Island shave ice and has half of it as double parked stalls so depending on your time of day of visiting you may have to wait just a little for parking but that won't stop us we will be back!

Found this local ice cream shop on the directory for Roselani, the best ice cream brand in Hawaii. Turns out, Island Shave also sells some homemade flavors along with shaved ice, crepes, to-go pre-packed ice cream packs, and milkshakes.The shaved ice and ice cream is very good here, rich and creamy. Also a generous size on all items with big scoops. Perfect on the numerous hot days in Hawaii.

Such a great find if you are ever visiting Oahu and need a ice cream and shaved ice spot.They have great flavors of ice cream like Ube and vanilla macadamia nut and I got a mud pie flavor. My kids got the shaved ice and they come in kids sizes and they come in a variety of flavors that you can add on. I would say that the spot is warm and service is great. You should come and check it out.

I feel like this is the only non chain ice cream shop in the area.Parking can be a bit packed at times. The workers are always nice. Every time we have been here, the store is always clean. They not only sell ice cream, but they also sell shakes, shave ice and crepes. Price to be seems to be very reasonable. At times the store can get busy, but the workers work very quickly to get everyone their order.

We stopped by here for something sweet on the way home from watching the sunset at the beach. I haven't been here in a few years and forgot what a great sweet tooth fix this was. If I don't wanna drive far for shaved ice this is the spot. They offer so many flavors of shaved iced and other desserts too. We got a large with honeydew, blue hawaii and strawberry with ice cream, mochi balls. We were thinking they forgot to put ice cream but it was just at the very bottom, very little though. The ambiance is nice, we came in about an hour and a half before closing and it wasn't that busy. Workers greet you when you walk in.

The guy here is so nice and polite.I had the affogato with caramel ice cream and I think espresso over it. My gdaughter got a shaved ice with mochi balls. Mochi looks home made, not the hard store bought ones.The place is nice clean and welcoming. Tables aren't sticky like some other places I've seen lately.

Excellent shave ice, good syrups, friendly service, abd a nice atmosphere, it's no wonder this place has such good reviews!Their ice cream is really good too. We ended up getting a halo halo and the ube ice cream was delicious.
