This place can order hard to find hardware for doors, locks and padlocks. I say order because almost everything needs to be ordered. Not sure why it's not kept in stock, but at least it can be ordered There are a few ladies that work in the office and they will help you solve your issues the best way they can. I have been lucky... each time I have reached out to Island Pacific Distributors I have gotten great results. If you are a contractor you can get a discount, but the thing I like the most is being able to locate and order hard to find products. I have called many places with no luck. Great parking right in front of the location, sample to look at and tons of catalogs. The ladies a super nice and always smiling.

Since the old guard of Leon, Barbara and Greg left. Younger staff is clueless on door hardware and metal door frames/metal doors.Now is great time for other vendors to enter market and take away IPD's market share.Bottom line, service sucks now days and if there were another shop in town I would be willing to try them out.

They got alot of stuff! Many beautiful decorative styled locks, very pleasing on the eyes just to look at. Along with a great sales staff in the main office to the highly knowledgeable staff in the warehouse. Very great local business, highly recommended.
